【摘要】：中國的教育正處于轉(zhuǎn)型期。國家對中小學(xué)教育的重視程度與日俱增,越來越多的適齡兒童需要接受教育。中小學(xué)校園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀呈現(xiàn)出諸多無法適應(yīng)新的教育理論和教育要求的滯后現(xiàn)象,校園更新擴建迫在眉睫。而近些年來,國內(nèi)關(guān)于中小學(xué)校園更新擴建的研究成果較為匱乏,為中小學(xué)建設(shè)工作的展開帶來障礙。廣州作為嶺南地區(qū)的代表城市,其特殊的地理環(huán)境和歷史文化使得中小學(xué)校園的建設(shè)有著獨特的地域性�；谝陨媳尘白鳛檎撐难芯康某霭l(fā)點,通過對廣州市中小學(xué)校園的現(xiàn)狀進行實地調(diào)研,總結(jié)分析現(xiàn)存問題,結(jié)合實際項目的工程經(jīng)驗,力圖梳理出一條較為清晰的中小學(xué)校園更新擴建設(shè)計思路。首先,本文對建筑的地域性、中小學(xué)校園規(guī)劃建設(shè)、校園建筑更新擴建三個方面的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行概述。繼而歸納整理中小學(xué)校園建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論研究,包括中小學(xué)教育理念與校園建設(shè)之間的相互關(guān)系、建筑地域性理論及校園整體性設(shè)計理論等內(nèi)容。在此基礎(chǔ)上以廣州市亟待更新擴建和已完成更新擴建的兩類中小學(xué)校園為主要研究對象,通過資料收集、現(xiàn)場調(diào)研、個案了解等方式發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)出現(xiàn)有中小學(xué)建設(shè)存在的問題,分析問題并提出改進建議�；趯ΜF(xiàn)狀問題的歸納分析,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論研究,總結(jié)概括出適用于廣州市中小學(xué)更新擴建的設(shè)計原則與設(shè)計方法。內(nèi)容包括體現(xiàn)地域性、校園與場地融合、校園新舊整合及創(chuàng)造多元化空間四個方面的設(shè)計方法。結(jié)合實際調(diào)研案例論述了從宏觀到微觀、整體到局部,切實可行的設(shè)計方法。最后結(jié)合筆者參與的兩個實際工程——廣州南沙區(qū)靈山中學(xué)更新擴建勘查設(shè)計和廣州花都第五小學(xué)主教學(xué)樓更新擴建工程項目,將研究得出的校園更新擴建設(shè)計方法運用到實踐中,使理論與實踐相結(jié)合,進一步加深對中小學(xué)校園更新擴建的認識。
[Abstract]:Education in China is in a transitional period. The state pays more and more attention to primary and secondary education, and more children of school age need to receive education. The development of primary and secondary schools presents a lot of lagging phenomena which can not adapt to the new educational theory and educational requirements. The renewal and extension of campus is urgent. In recent years, the domestic research on campus renewal and expansion of primary and secondary schools is relatively scarce, which brings obstacles to the construction of primary and secondary schools. Guangzhou is the representative city of Lingnan area, its special geographical environment and historical culture make the construction of primary and middle school campus have unique regionality. Based on the above background as the starting point of the paper, through the current situation of primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou, through the field investigation, summed up and analyzed the existing problems, combined with the actual project engineering experience, This paper tries to sort out a clear design idea of campus renewal and extension in primary and middle schools. First of all, this paper summarizes the status quo of domestic and international research on the regional nature of architecture, the campus planning and construction of primary and secondary schools, and the renewal and extension of campus buildings at home and abroad. Then it summarizes the related theoretical research of primary and secondary school campus construction, including the relationship between the concept of primary and secondary school education and campus construction, architectural regional theory and campus integrity design theory and so on. On this basis, taking the two kinds of primary and secondary schools' campuses in Guangzhou, which are in urgent need of renewal and expansion, as the main research objects, through data collection, field investigation, case study and so on, we find and summarize the problems existing in the construction of primary and secondary schools. Analyze problems and make suggestions for improvement. Based on the inductive analysis of the present situation and the relevant theoretical research, the design principles and design methods suitable for the renewal and expansion of primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou are summarized. The content includes four design methods: regional, campus and site integration, integration of old and new campus and creation of diversified space. The practical design method from macro to micro, from whole to part is discussed in combination with actual investigation cases. Finally, combining with the two practical projects in which the author participated, the renewal and extension survey design of Lingshan Middle School in Nansha District of Guangzhou and the renewal and extension project of the main teaching building of Guangzhou Huadu No. 5 Primary School, This paper applies the design method of campus renewal and extension to practice, which combines theory with practice, and further deepens the understanding of campus renewal and extension in primary and middle schools.
