【摘要】：以某校綜合樓加層改建設(shè)計為例,論證了框架結(jié)構(gòu)房屋加層改建工程的三種常見方法,引入一種有效的混合結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱節(jié)點連接方式。經(jīng)設(shè)計、計算、施工證明,此加層方法簡單易行、工期縮短、效益明顯,對同類工程的加層有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Taking the design of a school comprehensive building with adding storeys as an example, three common methods of adding storeys to a building with frame structure are demonstrated, and an effective connection method of Liang Zhu node with mixed structure is introduced. It has been proved by design, calculation and construction that the method of adding layer is simple, the time limit is shortened, and the benefit is obvious.
