【摘要】：上海世茂深坑酒店主體結(jié)構(gòu)為帶支撐鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)整體呈雙曲異形,施工變形大。針對施工工況,運用有限元計算分析施工過程,調(diào)整施工方案。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工過程中調(diào)節(jié)垂直和水平施工誤差至設(shè)計位置。采用全站儀監(jiān)測理論變形的最大位置,并與理論計算、設(shè)計位置做對比。結(jié)果表明,調(diào)整施工方案和控制安裝過程,施工誤差符合安裝和設(shè)計要求,保證鋼結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The main structure of Shanghai Shimao Shenkeng Hotel is a steel frame structure with bracing. The structure is hyperbolic and deformed. According to the construction conditions, the finite element calculation is used to analyze the construction process and adjust the construction scheme. Adjust the vertical and horizontal construction error to the design position during the construction of steel structure. The maximum position of theoretical deformation is monitored by total station, and compared with theoretical calculation and design position. The results show that the construction error meets the requirements of installation and design and ensures the quality of steel structure by adjusting the construction scheme and controlling the installation process.
