公共地下空間熱舒適性調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:進入二十一世紀以來,城市化進程不斷加快,而人口超負荷,交通擁擠、堵塞,建筑空間狹小等給城市的建設(shè)和發(fā)展增添了巨大壓力。于是,向地下空間開辟領(lǐng)地已成為國內(nèi)外城市發(fā)展的趨勢。地鐵、地下商場、地下超市、地下餐飲等地下建筑不斷涌現(xiàn),而地下建筑隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展越來越多元化,那么地下空間的熱濕環(huán)境也逐漸成為人們關(guān)注的重點。目前國內(nèi)外對于熱舒適性的研究主要針對地上建筑,而對地下空間的熱舒適研究還相對較少。由于地下建筑不受太陽輻射作用,其室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境(尤其是輻射溫度、濕度)與地上空間差異較大,地上空間熱舒適性研究得出的相關(guān)結(jié)論是否適用于地下空間有待驗證。因此,對地下空間熱舒適性進行調(diào)查研究顯得非常必要。本文以西安地區(qū)部分有代表性的地下空間為研究對象,在對其熱舒適性進行問卷調(diào)查和實地測試相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了西安地區(qū)地下空間的熱舒適性,得到了西安市地鐵站臺和地下商業(yè)建筑(地下超市、地下商場和地下餐飲)夏季和冬季的熱中性溫度、可接受溫度范圍和室內(nèi)期望溫度。通過對地下空間熱舒適的問卷調(diào)查和實地測試分析得出:1)西安市所調(diào)查測試的地下空間全年熱舒適水平均較高。地下商業(yè)建筑夏季室內(nèi)溫度感覺到舒適的頻率較地鐵站臺高,地鐵站臺夏季部分時段溫度較低;而冬季則相反。地下商業(yè)建筑冬夏室內(nèi)溫度、相對濕度、平均輻射溫度較地鐵站臺均偏高。2)分別得到地鐵站臺和地下商業(yè)建筑冬夏季平均熱感覺投票值MTS和室內(nèi)操作溫度top的回歸方程:地鐵站臺夏季:MTS=0.410top-10.70熱中性操作溫度為26.1℃冬季:MTS=0.358top-7.854熱中性操作溫度為21.9℃地下商業(yè)建筑夏季:MTS=0.468top-12.473熱中性操作溫度為26.7℃冬季:MTS=0.286top-5.875熱中性操作溫度為20.5℃3)分別得到地鐵站臺和地下商業(yè)建筑冬夏季節(jié)的室內(nèi)期望溫度。地鐵站臺夏季和冬季的期望溫度分別為25.3℃、20.5℃。地下商業(yè)建筑夏季和冬季的期望溫度分別為26.2℃、19.4℃。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, the urbanization process has been speeding up, and the population overload, traffic congestion, narrow building space and so on have added great pressure to the construction and development of the city. Thus, opening up territory to underground space has become the trend of urban development at home and abroad. Underground buildings, such as subway, underground shopping mall, underground supermarket, underground catering and so on, are constantly emerging. With the development of economy, underground buildings are becoming more and more diversified, so the hot and wet environment of underground space has gradually become the focus of attention. At present, the research on thermal comfort at home and abroad is mainly aimed at the above-ground buildings, but the thermal comfort of underground space is relatively less. Because underground buildings are not exposed to solar radiation, the indoor thermal environment (especially radiation temperature, humidity) is quite different from the above ground space. Whether the relevant conclusions of the above ground space thermal comfort research is applicable to the underground space need to be verified. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the thermal comfort of underground space. This paper takes some representative underground space in Xi'an area as the research object, and analyzes the thermal comfort of the underground space in Xi'an area on the basis of questionnaire survey and field test. The thermal neutral temperature, acceptable temperature range and indoor expected temperature in summer and winter of subway platform and underground commercial building (underground supermarket, underground market and underground dining) in Xi'an are obtained. Through the questionnaire survey and field test analysis of thermal comfort in underground space, it is concluded that: 1) the thermal comfort level of underground space investigated and tested in Xi'an is high all year round. The frequency of indoor temperature in underground commercial building is higher than that of subway platform in summer, and the temperature of subway platform in summer is lower than that in winter.
