張之洞與近代工業(yè)博物館鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點有限元分析

【摘要】：利用ANSYS有限元軟件對張之洞與近代工業(yè)博物館部分復(fù)雜節(jié)點進行了有限元分析。分析結(jié)果表明,梁柱連接節(jié)點處應(yīng)合理設(shè)置加勁肋,從而保證節(jié)點處的承載能力;桁架結(jié)構(gòu)中,腹桿和弦桿宜盡量等寬,弦桿內(nèi)加勁肋可采用兩面或三面焊接。通過對復(fù)雜節(jié)點進行有限元分析,可以更加直觀地了解節(jié)點處應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布情況,從而更加合理的進行節(jié)點設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:The finite element analysis of some complex joints between Zhang Zhidong and the Museum of Modern Industry is carried out by using ANSYS finite element software. The analysis results show that the stiffening rib should be set reasonably at the joint of Liang Zhu connection, so as to ensure the bearing capacity of the joint, and in the truss structure, the web and chord should be as wide as possible, and the stiffening rib in the chord can be welded on two or three sides. Through finite element analysis of complex joints, the distribution of stress and strain in the joints can be more intuitively understood, and the design of joints is more reasonable.
