【摘要】：根據(jù)有色金屬尾礦的礦物組成,利用機(jī)械與化學(xué)改性對(duì)尾礦的活性進(jìn)行激發(fā),進(jìn)而作為硅質(zhì)材料制備B06級(jí)蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊,并研究了尾礦礦物特性、顆粒細(xì)度及蒸壓養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間對(duì)制品力學(xué)性能的影響。研究表明,在尾礦微粉、石灰、水泥、石膏質(zhì)量比為65∶20∶12∶3,以30%銅尾礦與35%金尾礦復(fù)摻,尾礦粉磨時(shí)間20 min,蒸壓溫度180℃、養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間8 h的條件下,能夠制備出滿足A3.5、B06級(jí)別的加氣混凝土制品。
