工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目業(yè)主方質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)歷經(jīng)了30余年的高速發(fā)展,如此高速的發(fā)展,離不開各工廠的產(chǎn)值貢獻(xiàn)。與房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司成熟的工程管理模式相比,在工廠項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中,大多業(yè)主建廠前沒有專業(yè)的工程建設(shè)管理人員,需要在項(xiàng)目開始時(shí)才組建自己的工程管理團(tuán)隊(duì)或者委托其它管理機(jī)構(gòu)。工廠建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)是：一般單體建筑面積大、跨度大、高度較高、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房多、工期比較緊迫等。而鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房工程要求管理人員既要具備土建工程的專業(yè)知識、同時(shí)還要掌握鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的加工、施工工藝。作為業(yè)主方,如何對工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量進(jìn)行管理是本論文的核心內(nèi)容。論文首先介紹質(zhì)量管理的含義、國內(nèi)外質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀以及不同點(diǎn),指出目前業(yè)主是項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的主體,要與世界先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理水平接軌,首先要提高業(yè)主的質(zhì)量管理水平。論文從質(zhì)量控制要素：人、材料、機(jī)械、方法、環(huán)境五個(gè)方面來分析各方面對工程的影響,分析了各方面的控制方法。最后,以實(shí)際項(xiàng)目DF汽車有限公司24萬輛產(chǎn)能建設(shè)項(xiàng)目沖壓車間工程作為案例,以全面質(zhì)量管理理論為研究方法,從工程的實(shí)施的全過程分析業(yè)主方的質(zhì)量控制工作內(nèi)容、方法,介紹了工程從設(shè)計(jì)、招標(biāo)階段至項(xiàng)目竣工驗(yàn)收過程,業(yè)主的管控方法。最后,將實(shí)際案例工程中的質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享給大家,并總結(jié)了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的不足之處,以及成功的管理方法。
[Abstract]:China's economy has experienced 30 years of high-speed development, so high-speed development, can not do without the contribution of the output value of the factories. Compared with the mature project management model of the real estate development company, most owners do not have professional project management personnel before the construction of the factory. You need to form your own project management team or commission other management agencies at the beginning of the project. The characteristics of the factory construction project are: the general single building area is large, the span is large, the height is high, the steel structure factory building is many, the construction period is relatively urgent, and so on. The engineering of steel structure factory building requires managers to have the professional knowledge of civil engineering, at the same time to master the processing and construction technology of steel structure engineering. As the owner, how to manage the project quality is the core of this paper. This paper first introduces the meaning of quality management, the current situation and differences of quality management at home and abroad, and points out that the owner is the main body of project quality management at present, and should be in line with the advanced quality management level in the world. First of all, the quality of the owners to improve the level of management. This paper analyzes the influence of various aspects on engineering from five aspects: human, material, machinery, method and environment, and analyzes the control methods of each aspect. Finally, taking the actual project DF Automobile Co., Ltd. 240000 capacity construction project stamping workshop project as a case, taking the total quality management theory as the research method, the content of the owner's quality control is analyzed from the whole process of the implementation of the project. Methods: the project management and control methods from design, bidding stage to project completion acceptance are introduced. Finally, the experience of quality control in practical case engineering is shared, and the shortcomings of construction project and the successful management method are summarized.
