軟土地區(qū)深基坑錨索電化學(xué)加固應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在軟土地區(qū)深基坑工程中,由于軟土具有抗剪強(qiáng)度低、含水率高、孔隙比大和流變性等特點,傳統(tǒng)注漿錨索的錨固力達(dá)一般很難達(dá)到設(shè)計要求。針對這樣的工程實際問題,本文針對營口地區(qū)某深基坑工程的錨索進(jìn)行了電化學(xué)加固現(xiàn)場試驗研究和應(yīng)用。電化學(xué)加固法相對于其他傳統(tǒng)的加固法具有加固工期短、現(xiàn)場施工方便、成本低等優(yōu)點。因此,這種加固方法對軟土地區(qū)深基坑工程錨索加固具有一定的意義。電化學(xué)加固法是一項涉及到多學(xué)科、多領(lǐng)域的加固方法。電化學(xué)加固包括電滲、電泳、物理-化學(xué)反應(yīng)、熱效應(yīng)、土體結(jié)構(gòu)變化等一系列物理化學(xué)反應(yīng)過程。在電化學(xué)加固過程中,由于直流電的作用使陽極周圍土體密實,同時陽極腐蝕產(chǎn)生的氫氧化鐵膠體對土體產(chǎn)生膠結(jié)作用。當(dāng)將錨索作為陽極時,錨固力將得到大幅度的提高。本文對錨索電化學(xué)加固方法進(jìn)行深入的研究。主要工作和研究內(nèi)容如下:1、本文概述了軟土地區(qū)深基坑工程的主要特點,針對錨索錨固力不足的問題,提出了錨索的電化學(xué)加固法,并進(jìn)行了工程實踐,取得了較好的成果;2、歸納了電化學(xué)加固法的發(fā)展歷程,詳細(xì)闡述了電化學(xué)加固的作用機(jī)理和微觀過程,概括了電化學(xué)加固法的特點和適用范圍;3、通過自行研制的試驗設(shè)置,以遼寧省營口市某工程軟黏土作為試驗對象,進(jìn)行室內(nèi)錨索電化學(xué)加固、注漿加固、電化學(xué)注漿加固等試驗:對比分析不同加固形式的錨索極限抗拔承載力,并給出了三種加固形式的極限抗拔承載力曲線和蠕變試驗曲線;
[Abstract]:In the deep foundation pit engineering in soft soil area, due to its low shear strength, high moisture content, high porosity ratio and rheological property, the anchoring force of the traditional grouting anchor cable is generally difficult to meet the design requirements. Aiming at the practical problems of this kind of engineering, the field experiment and application of electrochemical reinforcement of anchor cable in a deep foundation pit project in Yingkou area are carried out in this paper. Compared with other traditional strengthening methods, electrochemical reinforcement method has the advantages of short time limit, convenient construction and low cost. Therefore, this reinforcement method has certain significance for the reinforcement of anchor cable in deep foundation pit in soft soil area. Electrochemical reinforcement is a multi-disciplinary and multi-field reinforcement method. Electrochemical reinforcement includes a series of physicochemical reactions, such as electroosmosis, electrophoresis, physico-chemical reaction, thermal effect, soil structure change and so on. In the process of electrochemical reinforcement, the soil around the anode is dense due to the effect of DC, and the colloid of iron hydroxide produced by anode corrosion has a cementation effect on the soil. When the anchor cable is used as anode, the anchoring force will be greatly increased. In this paper, the electrochemical reinforcement method of anchor cable is studied. The main work and research contents are as follows: 1. The main characteristics of deep foundation pit engineering in soft soil area are summarized in this paper. Aiming at the problem of insufficient anchoring force of anchor cable, the electrochemical reinforcement method of anchor cable is put forward, and the engineering practice is carried out, and good results are obtained. 2. The development course of electrochemical reinforcement method is summarized, the mechanism and microscopic process of electrochemical reinforcement are described in detail, and the characteristics and applicable scope of electrochemical reinforcement method are summarized. Taking the soft clay of a project in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province as the test object, the paper carries on the indoor anchor cable electrochemical reinforcement, the grouting reinforcement, the electrochemical grouting reinforcement and so on. The paper compares and analyzes the ultimate pull-out bearing capacity of the anchor cable with different reinforcement forms. The ultimate pullout bearing capacity curve and creep test curve of three kinds of reinforcement forms are given.
