【摘要】：為了優(yōu)化污泥制備陶粒的工藝,從不同成球工藝、干燥方式、熱處理制度、煅燒溫度等方面分析了陶粒表面裂縫和孔隙率的變化,并評(píng)價(jià)所制備陶粒的性能。結(jié)果表明,采用自然晾干2 h后干燥,接著在400℃預(yù)熱10 min后在1100℃煅燒30 min是較好的制備工藝,可有效消除陶粒表面裂縫,提高了孔隙率,且陶粒的1 h吸水率、抗壓強(qiáng)度、軟化系數(shù)、粒型系數(shù)等均符合GB/T 17431.1—2010的要求,重金屬溶出率符合GB 25467—2010的要求。
