被動(dòng)式節(jié)能技術(shù)在建筑改造中的應(yīng)用策略研究
[Abstract]:In our country, the existing buildings have a huge stock and serious energy consumption, which requires us to carry out energy saving transformation of the existing buildings. And the building energy-saving reconstruction actively adopts passive energy-saving technology in line with the national conditions of our country. The purpose of this paper is to construct a set of passive energy-saving technology in the construction of the application strategy. Firstly, the paper summarizes the passive energy saving technology that is often used in building reconstruction, and the concrete ways of its application in building reconstruction. The result of this stage is the "material" of the research conclusion. Then through the analysis of three cases to understand the application of passive energy-saving technology in specific projects, the results of this stage is the "structure" of the research conclusions; Finally, by combining "material" and "structure" comprehensive analysis, a set of passive energy saving technology in the application of building transformation strategy. The application strategy of passive energy saving technology in building reconstruction includes two aspects: program construction and method construction. Program construction includes pre-project (feasibility study of energy-saving transformation), project design stage (project analysis, strategy selection and specific measures) and post-project (post-use evaluation). Integrated design of technology and architecture, creative performance, low-cost strategy, multi-technology integration and reference evaluation system. I hope this strategy can be used for reference in the future design practice.
