道外歷史街區(qū)中心性與適應(yīng)性的空間句法解析

【摘要】:道外區(qū)是近代哈爾濱中國人的聚居區(qū),也是哈爾濱民族工商業(yè)的發(fā)源地。其中道外歷史街區(qū)是是哈爾濱重要的歷史保護(hù)街區(qū)。街區(qū)內(nèi)層次分明的街院體系和現(xiàn)存規(guī)模最大的中華巴洛克建筑群均體現(xiàn)了中西合璧的獨(dú)特風(fēng)貌。然而,街區(qū)雖歷經(jīng)多次保護(hù)規(guī)劃仍不免露出衰敗之相。為避免憑主觀經(jīng)驗(yàn)規(guī)劃造成的大拆大建,本文借助空間句法的理論與方法對街區(qū)進(jìn)行較為精確的量化分析,從街區(qū)的中心性與適應(yīng)性兩方面進(jìn)行解析,為街區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。基于對街區(qū)特色與問題的充分調(diào)研,筆者通過空間句法的兩種分析技術(shù),從城市演變過程以及街區(qū)空間與功能的互動(dòng)關(guān)系兩方面,探析了影響街區(qū)中心性變化的空間因素及街區(qū)適應(yīng)時(shí)代變化的空間機(jī)理。首先以城市建設(shè)之時(shí)為起點(diǎn),解析哈爾濱城市發(fā)展至今道外歷史街區(qū)中心性的演變。分階段解析城市商業(yè)中心與整合度核心的關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析影響道外歷史街區(qū)中心性變化的空間動(dòng)因。指出由于地形與鐵路的分隔,道外歷史街區(qū)缺乏成為城市主中心的空間條件。并且由于其區(qū)域內(nèi)的中心街道靖宇街同城市主中心缺乏較為直接的聯(lián)系,使得街區(qū)不能直接得益于來自主中心的人流。其次,在肯定了空間組構(gòu)的整合度與穿行度分別影響目的性與通過性人流分布的基礎(chǔ)上,對道外歷史街區(qū)的街道空間進(jìn)行了不同半徑尺度的線段分析,明晰了各街道的空間屬性與特點(diǎn),并將其同實(shí)測人流與街區(qū)功能進(jìn)行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)與人流量密切相關(guān)的可達(dá)性分析半徑與主街靖宇大街局部空間所控制的街道范圍是吻合的。以此為基礎(chǔ)對街區(qū)的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了實(shí)施后空間潛力的預(yù)評(píng)估。論文以道外歷史街區(qū)為研究對象,從街區(qū)價(jià)值與現(xiàn)存問題入手,指出了可能影響道外歷史街區(qū)中心性變化與功能分布的空間因素,明晰了街區(qū)空間與功能的作用機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Daowai District is a modern Harbin Chinese living area, is also the birthplace of Harbin national industry and commerce. One of the historical blocks outside the road is an important historical protection district in Harbin. The street courtyard system and the largest existing Chinese Baroque architecture all embody the unique features of Chinese and Western features. However, despite repeated conservation planning, the neighborhood still shows its decline. In order to avoid the large-scale construction caused by subjective experience planning, this paper makes a more accurate quantitative analysis of the block with the help of the theory and method of spatial syntax, and analyzes the centrality and adaptability of the block. For the sustainable development of the district to provide a reference. Based on the full investigation of the characteristics and problems of the block, the author analyzes the spatial syntax from the two aspects of the city evolution process and the interaction between the space and the function of the block. This paper probes into the spatial factors that influence the central change of the block and the spatial mechanism of the block adapting to the change of the times. Firstly, taking the time of urban construction as the starting point, this paper analyzes the central evolution of the historical blocks outside the road of Harbin's urban development up to now. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the city commercial center and the core of integration, the paper analyzes the spatial drivers that influence the change of the centrality of the historical block outside the road. It is pointed out that due to the separation of terrain and railway, the historical block outside the road lacks the space condition to become the main center of the city. Due to the lack of direct connection between Jingyu Street and the main city center in its area, the block can not directly benefit from the flow of people from the main center. The spatial properties and characteristics of each street are clarified, and compared with the measured passenger flow and block function, it is found that the reachability analysis radius, which is closely related to the flow of people, coincides with the street range controlled by the local space of Jingyu Street on the main Street. On this basis, the planning and design of the block after the implementation of the pre-evaluation of space potential. This paper takes the historical district outside the road as the research object, starting with the value of the block and the existing problems, points out the spatial factors that may affect the central change and function distribution of the historical block outside the road, and clarifies the action mechanism of the space and function of the block.
