鋼筋半套筒灌漿連接的靜力拉抻試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究鋼筋半套筒灌漿連接試件的力學(xué)性能,對(duì)14個(gè)鋼筋半套筒灌漿連接試件進(jìn)行了靜力拉伸試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)中研究的主要參數(shù)為鋼筋直徑、套筒尺寸以及鋼筋偏位.研究表明:所采用的半灌漿套筒滿足強(qiáng)度要求;試件發(fā)生了鋼筋拉斷、鋼筋刮犁式拔出和套筒滑絲3類破壞;當(dāng)破壞形態(tài)為鋼筋拉斷時(shí),鋼筋是否偏位對(duì)試件的承載力幾乎沒有影響.在試驗(yàn)結(jié)果及分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了防止試件發(fā)生鋼筋刮犁式拔出和套筒滑絲破壞的設(shè)計(jì)方法.
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical properties of reinforced semi-sleeve grouting connection specimens, the static tensile tests of 14 reinforced semi-sleeve grouting connection specimens were carried out. The main parameters studied in the test were the diameter of steel bar, the size of sleeve and the deviation of steel bar. The results show that the semi-grouting sleeve meets the strength requirement, the steel bar is broken, the steel bar is scraped and ploughed out and the sleeve slips are broken, and when the failure mode is the steel bar, Whether the steel bar is misaligned has little effect on the bearing capacity of the specimen. On the basis of test results and analysis, the design method of preventing steel bar scraping and ploughing and sleeve sliding wire failure is put forward.
