【摘要】：為了分析開口厚壁截面短構(gòu)件的約束扭轉(zhuǎn)問題,采用統(tǒng)一分析梁模型與有限節(jié)線法,對T形和L形厚壁截面短構(gòu)件約束扭轉(zhuǎn)時橫截面的翹曲和應(yīng)力分布情況等問題進行了分析研究.算例計算結(jié)果表明:開口厚壁截面短構(gòu)件存在與其橫截面形心位置不一致的扭轉(zhuǎn)(彎曲)中心,構(gòu)件在不過扭轉(zhuǎn)中心的外力作用下會產(chǎn)生彎扭耦合變形,其橫截面將產(chǎn)生不均勻翹曲,橫截面上的翹曲正應(yīng)力和扭轉(zhuǎn)剪應(yīng)力均呈非線性分布.
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the constrained torsion problem of thin-walled open section members, a unified analysis beam model and a finite nodal line method are used. The warping and stress distribution of T-shaped and L-shaped thin-walled short members subjected to torsional constraint are analyzed and studied. The numerical results show that there is a torsional (bending) center which is inconsistent with the position of the center of the cross section of a short member with a thick wall with an opening. However, under the external force of the center of torsion, the coupling deformation of bending and torsion will occur. The cross-section will produce uneven warpage, and the normal stress and torsional shear stress of the cross-section are both nonlinear distribution.
