【摘要】：在我國(guó),快速的城市發(fā)展不僅推動(dòng)其向外擴(kuò)張,同時(shí)也在城市內(nèi)部不斷挖掘新的價(jià)值。在這一過程中,歷史環(huán)境面臨著越來越多來自新建和更新項(xiàng)目的壓力。其中,一些項(xiàng)目缺少對(duì)歷史環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)條件的分析,在設(shè)計(jì)策略的支持方面還有待完善。因此,本文主要通過研究建筑策劃的協(xié)同模式,在滿足城市規(guī)劃和城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則的前提下,發(fā)現(xiàn)新建項(xiàng)目在歷史環(huán)境中需要保護(hù)與強(qiáng)調(diào)的價(jià)值,提供解決思路,也幫助建筑師更多地從公眾利益角度出發(fā),考慮環(huán)境品質(zhì)和傳統(tǒng)文化等方面因素,達(dá)到更新項(xiàng)目與地段環(huán)境的有機(jī)融合。本文從建筑策劃的視角研究歷史環(huán)境新建項(xiàng)目問題。以建筑策劃操作模式為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境特點(diǎn)與保護(hù)需求,嘗試提出協(xié)同模式操作框架。建筑策劃的協(xié)同模式可以分為信息處理、策劃構(gòu)想、評(píng)估反饋等主要環(huán)節(jié),研究通過理論研究和案例分析,具體分析其對(duì)于特定環(huán)境的策劃要點(diǎn)和方法。其中,信息處理環(huán)節(jié)要求充分發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地、空間、運(yùn)營(yíng)中需要解決的問題,確定歷史環(huán)境新建項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)需求;策劃構(gòu)想環(huán)節(jié)從信息處理中得出抽象性的目標(biāo),結(jié)合環(huán)境心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、城市經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等跨學(xué)科知識(shí),綜合提出對(duì)于場(chǎng)地、實(shí)體、空間、運(yùn)行的策劃構(gòu)想;評(píng)估反饋環(huán)節(jié)通過策劃自評(píng)和使用后評(píng)估,補(bǔ)充并完善歷史環(huán)境項(xiàng)目需要考慮若干的評(píng)價(jià)因素,建立綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。本研究也將建筑策劃操作模式從建筑層面擴(kuò)展到城市設(shè)計(jì)層面。歷史環(huán)境新建項(xiàng)目既包括單體建筑設(shè)計(jì),也會(huì)涉及到成片區(qū)域的城市設(shè)計(jì)。因此其研究不僅是對(duì)項(xiàng)目本身功能或形態(tài)的簡(jiǎn)單構(gòu)想,還需要研究歷史環(huán)境、公眾行為等方面對(duì)新建項(xiàng)目帶來的影響,做出充分論證,并從城市營(yíng)造和城市運(yùn)營(yíng)等方面提出合理、客觀的設(shè)計(jì)策略。同時(shí),建筑策劃的協(xié)同模式在城市層面的應(yīng)用也需要操作方法的更新。筆者以當(dāng)前快速發(fā)展的BIM技術(shù)和智慧城市研究為切入點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)關(guān)注其在建筑策劃領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)型階段,城市規(guī)劃、城市設(shè)計(jì)以至建筑設(shè)計(jì),都需要從設(shè)計(jì)理念和方法層面作進(jìn)一步研究,提供更加精細(xì)化的管理和設(shè)計(jì)。本研究是對(duì)策劃協(xié)同模式的初步探討,未來,建筑策劃的研究將整合傳統(tǒng)建筑技術(shù)手段和新興的信息處理方法,以應(yīng)對(duì)日益復(fù)雜的城市實(shí)體系統(tǒng),創(chuàng)造活力提升、風(fēng)貌得體、生態(tài)融合的城市建成環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In China, rapid urban development not only promotes its outward expansion, but also excavates new value in the city itself. In this process, the historical environment is facing increasing pressure from new and updated projects. Among them, some projects lack the analysis of historical environment design conditions, and need to be improved in support of design strategy. Therefore, this paper mainly through the study of architectural planning coordination model, under the premise of meeting the urban planning and urban design guidelines, found the new project in the historical environment need to protect and emphasize the value, and provide solutions. It also helps architects to take into account environmental quality and traditional culture from the perspective of public interest, so as to achieve the organic integration of the renewal project and the local environment. This paper studies the problem of new projects in historical environment from the angle of architectural planning. Based on the operation mode of architectural planning, combined with the environmental characteristics and protection requirements of the project, this paper tries to put forward the framework of cooperative operation mode. The collaborative mode of architectural planning can be divided into information processing, planning ideas, evaluation feedback and other main links. Through theoretical research and case analysis, the paper concretely analyzes the key points and methods of planning for a specific environment. Among them, the information processing link needs to fully discover the problems that need to be solved in the field, space and operation, determine the design requirements of the new projects in the historical environment, and plan the link to draw abstract objectives from the information processing, combining with the environmental psychology, Sociology, urban economics and other interdisciplinary knowledge, comprehensive put forward for the site, entity, space, operation planning concept; evaluation feedback through planning self-assessment and post-use evaluation, To complement and perfect the historical environment project, we should consider some evaluation factors and establish a comprehensive evaluation system. This study also extends the operation mode of architectural planning from architectural level to urban design level. The new project of historical environment includes not only individual architectural design, but also urban design of whole area. Therefore, its research is not only a simple idea of the function or form of the project itself, but also needs to study the impact of historical environment, public behavior and other aspects on the new project, and make a full demonstration. The reasonable and objective design strategy is put forward from the aspects of urban construction and urban operation. At the same time, the application of collaborative mode of architectural planning in urban level also needs updating of operation methods. The author focuses on the application of BIM technology and intelligent city research in the field of architectural planning. At present, our country is in the transition stage of economic development mode, urban planning, urban design and even architectural design, all need to further study from the design concept and method level, to provide more refined management and design. In the future, the research of architectural planning will integrate traditional architectural technology and new information processing methods to deal with the increasingly complex urban entity system, create vitality, style and appropriate, the study is a preliminary study of the planning cooperation mode, the future, the architectural planning research will integrate the traditional architectural technology means and the emerging information processing method, Ecological integration of the city built into the environment.
