【摘要】：城市公園作為城市中重要的游憩空間載體,是為人們提供游憩活動場地,給人們帶來愉快游憩體驗(yàn)的場所。伴隨社會生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提升,城市居民不斷提高的游憩需求逐漸受到城市建設(shè)者的重視,人們對城市公園游憩空間的建設(shè)也寄予了更高的期望。隨著雙流新城公園建設(shè)的逐步完成,它將成為成都西南片區(qū)的一個重要城市游憩空間,以其為研究對象,在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上對公園游憩空間品質(zhì)進(jìn)行評價(jià)探索,在實(shí)踐上為新城公園的管理和建設(shè)提供參考,將有助于提升新城公園游憩空間品質(zhì)以及整個西南片區(qū)的城市游憩環(huán)境。本文首先調(diào)研新城公園游憩空間現(xiàn)狀,參考相關(guān)理論,歸納出游憩環(huán)境、游憩線路、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和游憩產(chǎn)品4個方面的25個具體的評價(jià)指標(biāo),采用層次分析法的結(jié)構(gòu)模型構(gòu)建出城市公園游憩空間的三級評價(jià)指標(biāo)。并邀請21位專家對各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對比打分,利用層次分析法的群決策功能對指標(biāo)的權(quán)重進(jìn)行計(jì)算,確定了每個指標(biāo)的權(quán)重值,完成評價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建。其次,利用構(gòu)建的城市公園游憩空間品質(zhì)評價(jià)體系,通過問卷調(diào)查的方式對新城公園中已建成的運(yùn)動公園、中心公園、藝術(shù)公園進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,了解公園中游憩者的基本情況,并利用問卷調(diào)查獲得的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行模糊綜合評價(jià)。評價(jià)得出的結(jié)果顯示：中心公園和藝術(shù)公園屬于較好等級,運(yùn)動公園屬于一般等級,它們之間的分值關(guān)系為藝術(shù)公園中心公園運(yùn)動公園。此外,在分別對三個公園進(jìn)行模糊綜合評價(jià)后,綜合各公園數(shù)據(jù)對新城公園進(jìn)行總體評價(jià),得分結(jié)果顯示為較好等級,說明游憩者對新城公園游憩空間的品質(zhì)情況較為滿意。最后,依據(jù)模糊綜合評價(jià)的結(jié)果,對公園現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)公園游憩空間建設(shè)的不足之處,并從游憩環(huán)境營造、交通條件優(yōu)化、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完善、游憩產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和公園管理5個方面提出現(xiàn)狀公園優(yōu)化對策,從公園整體建設(shè)的7個方向提出未來公園建設(shè)策略,以期為新城公園游憩空間的改造和建設(shè)提供參考和幫助。
[Abstract]:As an important recreational space carrier, urban park is a place for people to provide recreational activities and bring people a pleasant recreational experience. With the development of social productivity and the improvement of people's living standard, urban residents' increasing recreational demand is gradually attached importance to by urban builders, people also have higher expectations for the construction of urban park recreation space. With the completion of the construction of Shuangliu New City Park, it will become an important urban recreation space in the southwest of Chengdu. Taking it as the research object, the quality of the park recreation space will be evaluated and explored on the basis of theoretical research. In practice, it can provide reference for the management and construction of New City Park, which will help to improve the quality of recreation space of Xincheng Park and the urban recreation environment of the whole southwest area. First of all, this paper investigates the present situation of recreation space in New City Park, and summarizes 25 specific evaluation indexes of recreation environment, recreational routes, infrastructure and recreation products, referring to relevant theories. The structure model of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct the three-level evaluation index of urban park recreation space. 21 experts were invited to compare each index and calculate the weight of each index by using the group decision function of AHP. The weight value of each index was determined and the evaluation system was constructed. Secondly, by using the quality evaluation system of recreation space of urban park, the author investigated the sports park, central park and art park built in New City Park by questionnaire to find out the basic situation of the recreation people in the park. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out by using the basic data obtained from the questionnaire survey. The evaluation results show that the central park and the art park belong to a better grade, and the sports park belongs to a general grade. The relationship between them is the art park center park sports park. In addition, after the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the three parks, the overall evaluation of the new city park was made by synthesizing the data of each park, and the score showed that the recreation people were satisfied with the quality of the recreation space of the new city park. Finally, according to the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper analyzes the present situation of the park in detail, finds out the deficiency of the park recreation space construction, and from the recreation environment construction, the traffic condition optimization, the infrastructure consummation, Five aspects of recreation product development and park management are put forward to optimize the present park, and the future park construction strategies are put forward from 7 directions of the overall construction of the park, in order to provide reference and help for the reconstruction and construction of the recreation space of the New City Park.
