【摘要】：我國的國際青年旅舍在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)下,秉持“獨(dú)立、自助、綠色、環(huán)保、接近自然”的經(jīng)營理念正在飛速發(fā)展,并被越來越多的青年所喜愛。在大量的調(diào)查后發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)舊建筑的改造既是提倡環(huán)保的一種形式,也是我國青年旅舍現(xiàn)階段的主要建筑類型,然而這種對(duì)舊建筑進(jìn)行改造的新型建筑類型,在我國并非是專業(yè)的建筑師或設(shè)計(jì)師所改造,而是按經(jīng)營者的個(gè)人喜好進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),這種缺乏專業(yè)性的舊建筑改造必然會(huì)阻礙它的發(fā)展,使我國青年旅舍室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)方面處于落后狀態(tài),因此對(duì)青年旅舍室內(nèi)空間的改造及再利用具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用的意義。長沙書院國際青年旅舍是2008年對(duì)印刷廠舊建筑改造而成,總建筑面積約為2600多平方米,其經(jīng)營理念、經(jīng)營模式、住客人群、建筑類型、客房類型等與其他城市酒店的截然不同,受到青年旅行者的青睞,成為長沙獨(dú)具特色的旅店。但其室內(nèi)空間功能布局、局部功能布局規(guī)模、空間與建筑構(gòu)架等方面存在一定的問題。本文以長沙書院國際青年旅舍獨(dú)特的經(jīng)營理念為前提,可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)思想為主導(dǎo),“簡(jiǎn)樸、環(huán)保、自然”的精神追求為設(shè)計(jì)主旨,圍繞“綠色、環(huán)保、人性化”主題,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目室內(nèi)空間的改造進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思。通過對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的前期調(diào)研、重點(diǎn)對(duì)其內(nèi)部空間、局部功能布局與規(guī)模進(jìn)行分析并總結(jié)問題、確定設(shè)計(jì)的總體定位、繪制改造設(shè)計(jì)方案草圖、完成最終改造設(shè)計(jì)方案,有效的解決了原室內(nèi)空間存在的問題,并嘗試創(chuàng)新出對(duì)舊建筑再利用的設(shè)計(jì)途徑,探索出利用改造的方式設(shè)計(jì)出更合理的青年旅舍室內(nèi)空間。其中,對(duì)原室內(nèi)空間存在的問題進(jìn)行改造和創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)是本項(xiàng)目的重點(diǎn),對(duì)綠色環(huán)�？臻g的塑造和舊建筑的再利用是本項(xiàng)目的關(guān)注點(diǎn),希望本項(xiàng)目能為國內(nèi)其他城市青年旅舍室內(nèi)空間的改造提供設(shè)計(jì)參考。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of sustainable development, the Haus International Hostel of our country is developing rapidly and is loved by more and more young people with the concept of "independence, self-help, green, environmental protection, close to nature". After a large number of investigations, it has been found that the transformation of old buildings is not only a form of promoting environmental protection, but also the main type of building at the present stage of youth hostels in our country. However, this new type of building for the transformation of old buildings, In our country, it is not a professional architect or designer who has been transformed, but designed according to the personal preference of the operator. This lack of professional renovation of the old building will inevitably hinder its development. The interior design of the youth hostel in our country is in a backward state, so it is of practical significance to transform and reuse the indoor space of the youth hostel. The Haus International Hostel of Changsha Academy was transformed from the old building of the printing house in 2008. The total building area is more than 2600 square meters. Its business philosophy, business model, residents, building type, guest room type and so on are quite different from those of other city hotels. Favored by young travelers, Changsha has become a unique hotel. However, there are some problems in the functional layout of indoor space, the scale of local functional layout, the space and the architectural frame and so on. This article takes the unique management idea of Haus International Hostel of Changsha Academy as the premise, the sustainable design thought as the leading, the spiritual pursuit of "simplicity, environmental protection, nature" as the design theme, and revolves around the theme of "green, environmental protection, humanization". The design conception of the transformation of interior space of the project is carried out. Through the preliminary investigation of the project, the paper analyzes and summarizes the internal space, local functional layout and scale of the project, determines the overall position of the design, draws the sketch of the modification design scheme, and completes the final reconstruction design scheme. It effectively solves the problems existing in the original indoor space, and attempts to innovate the design way of reuse of the old buildings, and explore the way of using the transformation to design more reasonable indoor space of the youth hostel. Among them, the renovation and innovative design of the original interior space is the focus of this project. The focus of this project is the molding of green environmental protection space and the reuse of old buildings. Hope this project can provide the design reference for the transformation of the indoor space of the youth hostel in other cities in China.
