裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱內(nèi)套筒組合螺栓連接節(jié)點力學性能研究
[Abstract]:In order to deeply study the mechanical properties of assembled Liang Zhu inner sleeve composite bolt connection joint, the formula of initial rotational stiffness of composite bolt connection joint is derived by theoretical analysis method. The ANSYS finite element model was established for seven nodal specimens and the unidirectional static loading numerical simulation analysis was carried out. The effects of inner sleeve thickness, end plate thickness, stiffened ribbed plate and fabrication error on the mechanical properties of joints are studied. The results show that the stiffness of the joints increases with the thickness of the inner sleeve. Increasing the thickness of the inner sleeve is an effective means to improve the stiffness of the joints, but the thickness of the inner sleeve is not economical enough. The thickness of the inner sleeve is more than 2 mm of the column wall, the joint stiffness is significantly reduced when the installation gap between the inner sleeve and the column wall is too large, the manufacturing error should be reduced as far as possible, and the total gap between the inner sleeve and the column wall should be controlled within 4mm. The effect of the thickness of the end plate on the initial rotational stiffness of the joint is not obvious, and the theoretical formula of the initial rotational stiffness of the node is in good agreement with the numerical results of the finite element method. This paper can provide a reference for the theoretical analysis and engineering application of Liang Zhu connection of fabricated steel structure.
