成都天府國際機(jī)場(chǎng)空港城空間形態(tài)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著現(xiàn)代航空運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)業(yè)高速發(fā)展,國際上一些大城市逐漸形成了依托大型樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的綜合功能區(qū),被稱之為“空港城”也稱之為“臨空城”。空港城的產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模和人口的擴(kuò)大,功能不斷完善,結(jié)構(gòu)更加復(fù)雜,對(duì)中心城市依賴不斷減小,將形成更龐大更復(fù)雜的非行政概念的城市功能實(shí)體——空港都市區(qū)?崭鄢亲鰹樾聲r(shí)代產(chǎn)物,其城市形態(tài)與傳統(tǒng)的一般城市有很大區(qū)別,為了讓城市更好的發(fā)展,從城市規(guī)劃的角度研究空港城空間形態(tài)十分必要。本文根據(jù)城市規(guī)劃以及建筑學(xué)的相關(guān)理論和方法,分析國內(nèi)外具有代表性的案例,總結(jié)空港城空間形態(tài)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法和規(guī)律,并結(jié)合成都新機(jī)場(chǎng)研究,提出天府國際機(jī)場(chǎng)空港城空間形態(tài)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)建議。同時(shí)進(jìn)一步完善空港城空間形態(tài)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理論和方法,用以指導(dǎo)和完善空港城建設(shè),并希望在新的機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)以及空港城規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中得以實(shí)踐。首先,明確論文的研究的背景、意義、內(nèi)容以及范圍,綜述了空港城相關(guān)概念和城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的理論和方法,以此作為論文的理論支撐。并參考借鑒國內(nèi)外空港城規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)案例,總結(jié)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中的問題和經(jīng)驗(yàn),以此作為論文的實(shí)踐支撐。其次,分析總結(jié)空港城空間形態(tài)演化和發(fā)展的一般特征,提出空港城空間形態(tài)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的原則和方法。該方法從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個(gè)層面,對(duì)空港城的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和空間布局、城市形態(tài)和空間設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行控制和引導(dǎo)。最后,結(jié)合成都天府國際機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)情況,分析機(jī)場(chǎng)潛力和周圍形成空港城的條件,對(duì)天府國際機(jī)場(chǎng)空港城規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提出意見和建議。同時(shí)希望對(duì)國內(nèi)同類空港城的規(guī)劃建設(shè)、相關(guān)課題研究有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern air transport industry, some large cities in the world have gradually formed a comprehensive functional zone relying on large hub airports, which is called "airport city" and "airport city". With the expansion of the industrial scale and population of the airport city, its function is constantly improved, its structure is more complex, and its dependence on the central city is decreasing, which will form a larger and more complex urban functional entity, the airport metropolitan area. As a product of the new era, the urban form of the airport city is very different from the traditional general city. In order to make the city develop better, it is necessary to study the spatial form of the airport city from the angle of urban planning. Based on the theories and methods of urban planning and architecture, this paper analyzes the representative cases at home and abroad, summarizes the design methods and laws of the spatial shape planning of the airport, and combines with the research of Chengdu New Airport. The space form planning and design suggestion of Tianfu International Airport is put forward. At the same time, the theory and method of spatial form planning and design of the airport city are further improved to guide and perfect the construction of the airport city, and it is hoped that it will be put into practice in the new airport construction and the planning and design of the airport city. Firstly, the background, significance, content and scope of the thesis are clarified, and the related concepts and theories and methods of urban planning and design are summarized as the theoretical support of the thesis. The problems and experiences in the planning and design are summarized with reference to the planning and design cases of the airport city at home and abroad, which is regarded as the practical support of the paper. Secondly, it analyzes and summarizes the general characteristics of the evolution and development of the spatial form of the airport city, and puts forward the principles and methods of the planning and design of the spatial form of the airport city. The method controls and guides the development strategy, industrial structure and spatial layout, urban form and spatial design of the airport city from three aspects: macro, meso and micro. Finally, according to the situation of planning and construction of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, the paper analyzes the potential of the airport and the conditions for the formation of the airport city around it, and puts forward suggestions and suggestions for the planning and design of the airport city of Tianfu International Airport. At the same time, I hope it can be used for reference to the planning and construction of the similar airport city in China.
