【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理是建設(shè)工程的重要組成部分,直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目利潤(rùn)和施工企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)狀況。但是工程項(xiàng)目預(yù)算成本計(jì)算分析困難和實(shí)際進(jìn)度成本歸集實(shí)時(shí)性差、準(zhǔn)確性低等都會(huì)影響項(xiàng)目成本控制效果。本文結(jié)合冶金項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)將BIM技術(shù)融入到冶金項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理工作中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目成本的精細(xì)化管理,提高了項(xiàng)目的盈利能力,為施工企業(yè)冶金建設(shè)項(xiàng)目造價(jià)管理提供新的思路與方法。
[Abstract]:Project cost management is an important part of construction project, which is directly related to project profit and financial situation of construction enterprise. However, the difficulty of calculating and analyzing the cost of the project budget, the low real-time performance of the actual schedule cost and the low accuracy will affect the cost control effect of the project. According to the characteristics of metallurgical project, this paper integrates BIM technology into the cost management of metallurgical project, realizes the fine management of project cost, and improves the profitability of the project. To provide new ideas and methods for the cost management of metallurgical construction projects in construction enterprises.
