輸煤棧橋振動引起雙層網(wǎng)殼儲煤倉疲勞損傷研究

【摘要】:輸煤棧橋懸掛于網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞問題備受關(guān)注,但網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞損傷與輸煤棧橋的振動存在什么樣的關(guān)系,目前有關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范中還沒有明確的規(guī)定,這就極大地制約了這種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的推廣應(yīng)用。本文以漳州后石某發(fā)電廠圓形儲煤倉為工程背景,分析由于輸煤棧橋的振動引起雙層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞破壞問題,弄清楚儲煤倉疲勞破壞機(jī)理,借助有限元分析軟件ANSYS Fe-safe的數(shù)值分析手段,由棧橋振動產(chǎn)生的等幅應(yīng)力為外荷載,通過時(shí)程分析法得出結(jié)構(gòu)各個(gè)桿件應(yīng)力時(shí)程譜,將應(yīng)力時(shí)程譜通過雨流計(jì)法得出應(yīng)力循環(huán)歷程。結(jié)合材料循環(huán)的S-N曲線,采用Miner累積損傷理論對構(gòu)件的疲勞壽命進(jìn)行估算。得出的應(yīng)力譜可以找出整體結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域。結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞性能主要和結(jié)構(gòu)的材料、所承受的外荷載等因素有關(guān),結(jié)構(gòu)的材料決定了疲勞分析的S-N曲線。對圓形儲煤倉雙層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行的疲勞分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞性能主要和棧橋振動的振幅、棧橋振動的頻率有關(guān)。以棧橋的豎向振動為外荷載,并且兩個(gè)懸掛點(diǎn)的相位差為225°進(jìn)行疲勞分析,經(jīng)過循環(huán)加載后,結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了疲勞破壞,破壞區(qū)域主要發(fā)生在節(jié)點(diǎn)的焊縫處。此次疲勞分析的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)論可為圓形儲煤倉雙層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞安全設(shè)計(jì)及可靠性提供一定的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The fatigue problem of coal conveyance trestle suspended in reticulated shell structure has attracted much attention. However, the fatigue damage of latticed shell structure and the vibration of coal conveyance trestle are not clearly regulated in the relevant design code. This greatly restricts the popularization and application of this structural form. Taking the circular coal storage bunker of a power plant in Houshi, Zhangzhou as the engineering background, this paper analyzes the fatigue failure problem of the double-layer reticulated shell structure caused by the vibration of the coal conveyance trestle, and makes clear the fatigue failure mechanism of the coal storage bunker. With the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS Fe-safe, the equal amplitude stress generated by the vibration of the trestle is an external load, and the time-history spectrum of the stress of each member of the structure is obtained by time-history analysis. The stress cycle history is obtained by means of the rain meter method. Combined with the S-N curve of material cycle, the fatigue life of members is estimated by Miner cumulative damage theory. The obtained stress spectrum can find out the fatigue hazard zone of the whole structure. The fatigue performance of the structure is mainly related to the material of the structure, the external load and so on. The material of the structure determines the S-N curve of the fatigue analysis. The fatigue analysis of circular coal storage bunker double-layer reticulated shell structure shows that the fatigue performance of the structure is mainly related to the vibration amplitude of the trestle bridge and the frequency of the trestle bridge vibration. The vertical vibration of the trestle bridge is taken as the external load, and the phase difference of the two suspension points is 225 擄for fatigue analysis. After cyclic loading, the fatigue failure of the structure occurs, and the damage area mainly occurs at the weld seam of the joint. The data and conclusions of this fatigue analysis can provide some basis for the fatigue safety design and reliability of double layer reticulated shell structure of circular coal storage bunker.
