鋼筋瀝青隔震層位移控制研究

【摘要】:介紹了鋼筋瀝青隔震層的基本構(gòu)造和工作原理,利用結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)知識(shí)對(duì)鋼筋瀝青隔震層極限水平位移進(jìn)行理論分析,推導(dǎo)鋼筋瀝青隔震層在多遇、罕遇地震作用下其容許位移和二階效應(yīng)影響系數(shù)的計(jì)算公式;探討鋼筋瀝青隔震層在不發(fā)生第二類(lèi)失穩(wěn)破壞時(shí),對(duì)隔震豎向鋼筋長(zhǎng)徑比及根數(shù)的要求,分析數(shù)據(jù)并擬合曲線(xiàn),得到相關(guān)關(guān)系式。通過(guò)對(duì)多種工況下的隔震層試件進(jìn)行振動(dòng)臺(tái)試驗(yàn),研究鋼筋瀝青隔震層在不同隔震豎向鋼筋直徑和不同加速度幅值輸入時(shí)的隔震層相對(duì)位移及動(dòng)力特性。結(jié)果表明:理論分析與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較吻合,驗(yàn)證了鋼筋瀝青隔震層在多遇、罕遇地震作用下其容許位移的計(jì)算公式、二階效應(yīng)影響系數(shù)的計(jì)算公式和隔震豎向鋼筋長(zhǎng)徑比與根數(shù)的關(guān)系式的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The basic structure and working principle of reinforced asphalt isolation layer are introduced. The limit horizontal displacement of reinforced asphalt isolation layer is theoretically analyzed by using structural mechanics knowledge, and the frequent occurrence of reinforced asphalt isolation layer is deduced. The formulas for calculating the allowable displacement and the influence coefficient of second-order effect under rare earthquake are discussed, and the requirements for the ratio of length to diameter and root number of the isolated vertical steel bar in the reinforced asphalt isolation layer without the second kind of unstable failure are discussed, and the data are analyzed and the curve is fitted. The correlation relation is obtained. The relative displacement and dynamic characteristics of the isolation layer of reinforced asphalt isolation layer with different vertical reinforcement diameter and different acceleration amplitudes were studied by shaking table test. The results show that the theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the experimental results, and the formula for calculating the allowable displacement of reinforced asphalt isolation layer under the action of frequent and rare earthquakes is verified. The formula for calculating the influence coefficient of the second order effect and the reliability of the relationship between the ratio of length to diameter of vertical reinforcement and the number of roots are obtained.
