樂(lè)安花園加固工程項(xiàng)目研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, cities are becoming more and more crowded, but there are some "uncompleted buildings" in each city, which not only waste a lot of land resources and funds, but also destroy the image of a city. Therefore, how to deal with "uncompleted flats" has become a common problem facing many cities. The demolition and reconstruction of the "uncompleted building" can clear the "uncompleted building" in the city and reuse the land resources after demolition, but the demolition will inevitably bring a large amount of construction waste and waste the resources. The maintenance and reinforcement of "uncompleted building" can revive "uncompleted building", "turn waste into treasure", and solve the social problems brought by "uncompleted building" in a short period of time, which has great economic and social benefits. Therefore, how to evaluate the mechanical performance and seismic performance of the "uncompleted building", how to better carry out the maintenance and reinforcement of the "uncompleted building", how to ensure that the "uncompleted building" after the reinforcement has sufficient safety and reliability, These are worthy of further study. With the renovation and maintenance and reinforcement of existing buildings gradually becoming one of the hot spots in the construction industry, this paper analyzes the existing reinforcement technologies and technical measures on the basis of the current research situation of the building identification and reinforcement technology at home and abroad. The advantages and disadvantages of each reinforcement technology are discussed in detail. Finally, taking the process of reinforcement and transformation of the "uncompleted building" project of Le'an Garden in Xiamen as an example, the reinforcement and transformation project of Le'an Garden is introduced in detail, which has certain guiding value for the reinforcement and transformation of "uncompleted building" in the future.
