PVC塑料建筑模板的材料力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究PVC塑料建筑模板的基本力學(xué)性能,在混凝土水化熱模擬試驗(yàn)條件下的伸縮性能及低溫試驗(yàn)性能,結(jié)果表明PVC塑料建筑模板的比強(qiáng)度為55.1 N·m/kg,高出其他塑料建筑模板60%以上;平均線膨脹系數(shù)為2.4×10~( 5)/℃,與混凝土較為接近,且二者具備良好的協(xié)調(diào)變形能力。低溫條件下彎曲強(qiáng)度、拉伸強(qiáng)度、沖擊強(qiáng)度表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異,能滿足一般冬季環(huán)境的施工要求。
[Abstract]:The basic mechanical properties of PVC plastic building formwork are studied. The tensile properties and low temperature test properties of PVC plastic building formwork under the condition of hydration heat simulation test are studied. The results show that the specific strength of PVC plastic building formwork is 55.1 N / kg, which is more than 60% higher than that of other plastic building formwork.
