【摘要】：水是生命的象征,文明的起源。人類澤水而居,傍水筑城,作為生命和文明的結(jié)合體,城市和水有著天然不解的淵源。進(jìn)入20世紀(jì),基于對(duì)工業(yè)文明的反思,城市越發(fā)重視護(hù)城水域文化的開發(fā)建設(shè)對(duì)城市形象的的提升,同時(shí)對(duì)城市濱水環(huán)境品質(zhì)的復(fù)興提出更高的要求和轉(zhuǎn)變的決心。近些年來,隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀念的深入人心和城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,全社會(huì)對(duì)親水、護(hù)水、治水的認(rèn)識(shí)逐漸提高,濱水區(qū)的價(jià)值及其潛力開始被重新認(rèn)識(shí)。城市濱水區(qū)日益成為豐富及多元化城市功能分區(qū),并且通過創(chuàng)建和諧生態(tài)的水域文化與城市文化,提升城市人口生活的自然環(huán)境,從而增加居民的幸福感,同時(shí)也幫助政府建立好的投資環(huán)境,吸引外資投入,進(jìn)而增加城市稅收等等一系列措施的實(shí)施,有助于城市更快更好的發(fā)展。對(duì)于城市的濱水區(qū)的景觀建設(shè)也標(biāo)志著一個(gè)城市對(duì)于水域文化與城市文化的深刻理解程度。是可以帶動(dòng)相關(guān)城市景觀建設(shè)中對(duì)城市水環(huán)境、水生態(tài)的改善及永續(xù)利用。人們對(duì)生存環(huán)境活動(dòng)空間的舒適性追求日益增加,城市濱水區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)受到了越來越多國(guó)家和地區(qū)的關(guān)注,并且得到了飛速的發(fā)展。但對(duì)于北方城市濱水區(qū)的研究仍處于起步階段,我國(guó)北方江河湖海資源豐富,但是由于氣候、文化、歷史、居民習(xí)慣等原因,濱水地區(qū)的規(guī)劃開發(fā)建設(shè)與南方有很大的不同,本文通過分析大量國(guó)內(nèi)以及國(guó)外失敗教訓(xùn)和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),充分理解南北方的差異,找到一條科學(xué)的適合北方城市濱水區(qū)的景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)道路。
[Abstract]:Water is the symbol of life and the origin of civilization. As a combination of life and civilization, city and water have a natural origin. In the 20th century, based on the reflection of industrial civilization, cities pay more and more attention to the development and construction of the city water area culture to the promotion of the city image, at the same time, it puts forward higher requirements and the determination of transformation to the revival of the quality of the urban waterfront environment. In recent years, with the popularity of the concept of sustainable development and the rapid development of urban economy, the whole society gradually improved the understanding of hydrophilicity, water conservation and water control, and the value and potential of waterfront began to be rerecognized. The urban waterfront area has become a rich and diversified urban functional zone, and through the creation of a harmonious ecological water culture and urban culture, the natural environment of urban life can be promoted, thereby increasing the well-being of the residents. At the same time, it also helps the government to establish a good investment environment, attract foreign investment, and then increase the implementation of a series of measures such as urban tax, which is conducive to the faster and better development of the city. The landscape construction of waterfront also marks a city's deep understanding of water area culture and urban culture. It can promote the improvement and sustainable utilization of urban water environment and water ecology in the construction of urban landscape. With the increasing pursuit of comfort in living environment, the landscape design of urban waterfront has been paid more and more attention by more and more countries and regions, and has been developed rapidly. However, the study of waterfront areas in northern China is still in its infancy. The rivers, lakes and seas in the north of China are rich in resources. However, due to climate, culture, history, residents' habits and other reasons, the planning, development and construction of waterfront areas are quite different from those in the south. By analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign failure lessons and successful experiences, this paper fully understands the differences between the south and the north, and finds a scientific landscape planning and design road suitable for the waterfront of the northern cities.
