間距對(duì)熱薄型PMMA滴落行為的影響研究

【摘要】:實(shí)驗(yàn)研究平行于墻體的熱薄型PMMA板的滴落行為,并進(jìn)行理論分析。使用紅外熱成像儀記錄滴落現(xiàn)象,使用電子秤記錄樣板質(zhì)量。結(jié)果表明,隨著材料與墻體的間距增大,滴落時(shí)間、滴落質(zhì)量和滴落前后燃盡增長(zhǎng)距離的數(shù)值均是先減小后增大,正面和背面的火焰高度差值逐漸減小,直至背面火焰高度超過(guò)正面,距離超過(guò)25 mm時(shí)間距的影響可以忽略。假設(shè)滴落行為與材料的表面凈熱通量、拉伸黏度以及熔化的PMMA所受到的重力有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The dropping behavior of hot thin PMMA plate parallel to the wall is studied experimentally and analyzed theoretically. Infrared thermal imager is used to record drop phenomenon and electronic scale is used to record sample quality. The results show that with the increase of the distance between the material and the wall, the drop time, drop mass and the increase distance of burnout before and after dropping decrease first and then increase, and the difference of flame height between front and back decreases gradually. The influence of the distance over 25 mm is negligible until the flame height on the back is over the front. It is assumed that the drop behavior is related to the surface net heat flux, tensile viscosity and gravity of molten PMMA.
