【摘要】：以沈陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)為例,提出了一種基于"形"和"流"的城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)研究模型,從靜、動(dòng)態(tài)兩個(gè)角度揭示城市的空間發(fā)展特征。首先,從城市物質(zhì)空間組成要素出發(fā),構(gòu)建以"人地房、設(shè)施條件、人居環(huán)境"為主體的空間評(píng)價(jià)體系,分析城市"形"的空間特征;利用人口、用地和建筑數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合交通出行調(diào)查,推算城市內(nèi)各區(qū)域的空間出行分布,對(duì)城市"流"特征進(jìn)行分析。綜合二者研究結(jié)果,根據(jù)空間發(fā)展的均質(zhì)、異質(zhì)性特征,對(duì)沈陽(yáng)市中心城區(qū)的空間格局進(jìn)行重構(gòu)。最后,以片區(qū)為單元,采用局部空間自相關(guān)的方法,對(duì)城市"形"和"流"的綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行空間聚類,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市多中心體系的識(shí)別與發(fā)展階段的判斷。
[Abstract]:Taking the central urban area of Shenyang as an example, this paper presents a study model of urban spatial structure based on "shape" and "flow", which reveals the characteristics of urban spatial development from static and dynamic perspectives. First of all, starting from the elements of urban material space, the paper constructs a spatial evaluation system with "human and land buildings, facilities and human settlements" as the main body, analyzes the spatial characteristics of urban "shape", and uses population, land use and building data. Combined with the traffic trip survey, the spatial travel distribution of each region in the city is calculated, and the characteristics of urban "flow" are analyzed. According to the homogeneity and heterogeneity of spatial development, the spatial pattern of central city of Shenyang was reconstructed. Finally, taking the area as the unit and adopting the method of local spatial autocorrelation, the comprehensive evaluation results of urban "shape" and "flow" are clustered in space to realize the recognition of urban multi-center system and the judgment of the development stage.
