【摘要】：本文針對國內(nèi)鐵路廢棄地對城市景觀及生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響現(xiàn)狀,針對鐵路廢棄地可置換的價值進(jìn)行研究,論文首先對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)理論實踐進(jìn)行研究,通過分析鐵路的工業(yè)與生態(tài)美學(xué)價值以及社會經(jīng)濟(jì)價值,確定鐵路廢棄地的景觀提升價值的目標(biāo),全面的分析出鐵路廢棄地的一般功能置換方法和生態(tài)修復(fù)的方法,根據(jù)鐵路廢棄的類型特征和功能置換后的用地性質(zhì),植物優(yōu)化配置的生態(tài)修復(fù)方法,總結(jié)分析出鐵路廢棄地的景觀功能置換價值及其提升的方法。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at the present situation of the influence of the domestic railway wasteland on the urban landscape and ecological environment, and studies the value of the railway abandoned land replacement. Firstly, the paper studies the relevant theory and practice at home and abroad. By analyzing the industrial and ecological aesthetic value and social and economic value of railway, the goal of enhancing the value of railway abandoned land landscape is determined, and the general function replacement method and ecological restoration method of railway abandoned land are analyzed comprehensively. According to the type characteristics of railway wasteland and the nature of land after function replacement, and the ecological restoration method of plant optimal allocation, this paper summarizes and analyzes the value of landscape function replacement of railway abandoned land and its promotion method.
