【摘要】：為改善設計企業(yè)的成品質(zhì)量,提高設計企業(yè)的核心競爭力,匯總了某實際工程案例在設計施工中遇到的可施工性問題,并從產(chǎn)生原因、影響范圍及工程建設參與方等角度進行了分析,論證了可施工性問題會在項目的任何階段出現(xiàn),設計階段的可施工性問題影響整個項目全生命周期,并可以通過溝通協(xié)調(diào)等方法避免,因此設計企業(yè)利用自身優(yōu)勢聯(lián)合業(yè)主進行可施工性審查十分必要,進而提出了設計企業(yè)應從知識管理、生產(chǎn)人員組織、主動獲取和反饋機制等角度加強成品的可施工性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of finished products and enhance the core competitiveness of design enterprises, the constructability problems encountered in the design and construction of a practical engineering case are summarized, and the causes are given. The influence scope and the project construction participants are analyzed, and it is demonstrated that the constructability problem will appear at any stage of the project, and the constructability problem in the design stage will affect the whole project life cycle. And it can be avoided by means of communication and coordination. Therefore, it is necessary for design enterprises to use their own advantages to combine owners to conduct constructability examination. Furthermore, it is pointed out that design enterprises should organize production personnel from knowledge management. Active access and feedback mechanism to enhance the construction of finished products.
