青島葡萄酒博物館工程項目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展、社會生活的持續(xù)進步,社會公眾對于工程質(zhì)量也提出了越來越高的要求。我國近年來越來越重視工程項目的質(zhì)量管理,到現(xiàn)在為止已經(jīng)走過了30多年的歷程,工程項目質(zhì)量管理工作在取得一系列成就的同時民產(chǎn)生了不少現(xiàn)實問題,如工程項目質(zhì)量管理機構(gòu)的性質(zhì)定位未能明確到位,工程項目質(zhì)量管理模式跟不上工程項目質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展形勢,一些商品房工程質(zhì)量投訴一直未能得到讓人滿意的解決及監(jiān)督機構(gòu)本身的建設(shè)與管理存在很多弊端等等。工程項目質(zhì)量管理機構(gòu)只有提高本身在開展建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理工作的權(quán)威性和有效性,才能使我國的工程項目質(zhì)量管理工作具有更有力的現(xiàn)實意義,并在建設(shè)事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展中進一步發(fā)揮自己的積極作用。在我國建筑事業(yè)發(fā)展的新形勢下,怎樣完成并最終實施針對工程項目質(zhì)量開展的科學監(jiān)督及有效監(jiān)管,切實保證工程項目質(zhì)量及水平得以進一步提高,以應對快速發(fā)展的建筑市場。工程項目質(zhì)量管理機構(gòu)在開展自身建設(shè)時,必須以現(xiàn)代企業(yè)化的管理模式來運營,以更靈活、有效的管理制度及手段來減少工作失誤,以科學的協(xié)調(diào)合提高開展工程項目質(zhì)量管理工作的積極性,并以最終形成“責任主體主控、政府部門調(diào)控、業(yè)主不控”的高效管理機制,更好更有效更科學地推進建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理工作發(fā)展。博物館工程項目施工的質(zhì)量管理目標是博物館工程項目管理的核心目標,它是工程建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵,質(zhì)量決定著工程的效益和進度。要想系統(tǒng)有效地對博物館工程項目施工實施質(zhì)量管理,必須運用質(zhì)量管理的基本原理和質(zhì)量控制的基本方法,監(jiān)督管理博物館工程項目施工的質(zhì)量管理體系,進行全方位、整體化的系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量管理。落實各方各部門質(zhì)量管理的職責,通過控制博物館工程項目施工過程中的各環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量,強效防范、及時確處理博物館工程項目施工的質(zhì)量問題。本文主要從多方位管理在博物館工程項目施工質(zhì)量管理中的作用入手加以闡述,分析影響工程質(zhì)量的因素、控制工程質(zhì)量的手段和方法,力求解決博物館工程項目施工質(zhì)量管理的出現(xiàn)的問題。本文的研究分六個部分：第一部分的研究內(nèi)容是緒論,主要從問題的提出與研究背景、本文研究的內(nèi)容及方法、創(chuàng)新點等三個方面進行研究：第二部分的研究內(nèi)容是工程項目質(zhì)量管理理論綜述,主要從工程項目質(zhì)量理、設(shè)計階段的質(zhì)量管理、招投標階段的質(zhì)量管理和施工階段的質(zhì)量管理、博物館基建工程項目質(zhì)量管理存在的問題、本章小結(jié)等六個方面進行研究：第四部分的研究內(nèi)容是青島葡萄酒博物館工程項目的質(zhì)量管理,主要從青島葡萄酒博物館工程項目管理方法的分析、博物館工程項目質(zhì)量管理的過程等兩個方面進行研究：第五部分的研究內(nèi)容是提升青島葡萄酒博物館工程項目質(zhì)量管理的有效對策,主要從工程設(shè)計方面應采取的對策、招投標方面應采取的對、施工方面應采取的對策和本章小結(jié)等四個方面進行研究：第六部分的研究內(nèi)容是結(jié)論與展望,主要總結(jié)形成論文結(jié)論并對今后研究工作與方向進行展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous progress of social life, the public has put forward higher and higher requirements for project quality. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the quality management of Engineering projects. So far, it has gone through more than 30 years, and the quality management of engineering projects has made a series of achievements at the same time. A lot of practical problems have arisen, for example, the nature of the project quality management organization has not been clearly positioned, the project quality management model can not keep up with the development of project quality management, some commercial housing quality complaints have not been satisfactorily resolved and the supervision of the construction and management of the organization itself there are many. Only by improving the authority and validity of the project quality management organization can it make the project quality management work in our country have more powerful practical significance, and further play its positive role in the vigorous development of the construction cause. Under the new situation of development, how to complete and ultimately implement the scientific supervision and effective supervision on the quality of Engineering projects, and how to ensure the further improvement of the quality and level of engineering projects in order to cope with the rapid development of the construction market. To operate, with more flexible and effective management system and means to reduce work errors, with scientific coordination to improve the initiative to carry out project quality management work, and ultimately form a "responsible subject control, government departments control, owner uncontrolled" efficient management mechanism, better and more effective and more scientific to promote the quality of construction projects. The quality management goal of the museum project construction is the core goal of the museum project management. It is the key of the project construction, and the quality determines the benefit and progress of the project. The basic methods of control, the quality management system of supervision and management of museum project construction, the all-round and integrated system quality management, the implementation of various departments of quality management responsibilities, through the control of the quality of the various links in the construction process of Museum project, effective prevention, timely and accurate treatment of museum project construction This paper mainly expounds the function of multi-directional management in the construction quality management of Museum project, analyzes the factors that affect the quality of the project, the means and methods of controlling the quality of the project, and tries to solve the problems of the construction quality management of Museum project.
