青島葡萄酒博物館工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展、社會(huì)生活的持續(xù)進(jìn)步,社會(huì)公眾對(duì)于工程質(zhì)量也提出了越來越高的要求。我國(guó)近年來越來越重視工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理,到現(xiàn)在為止已經(jīng)走過了30多年的歷程,工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理工作在取得一系列成就的同時(shí)民產(chǎn)生了不少現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,如工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu)的性質(zhì)定位未能明確到位,工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理模式跟不上工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的發(fā)展形勢(shì),一些商品房工程質(zhì)量投訴一直未能得到讓人滿意的解決及監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)本身的建設(shè)與管理存在很多弊端等等。工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu)只有提高本身在開展建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理工作的權(quán)威性和有效性,才能使我國(guó)的工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理工作具有更有力的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,并在建設(shè)事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展中進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮自己的積極作用。在我國(guó)建筑事業(yè)發(fā)展的新形勢(shì)下,怎樣完成并最終實(shí)施針對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量開展的科學(xué)監(jiān)督及有效監(jiān)管,切實(shí)保證工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量及水平得以進(jìn)一步提高,以應(yīng)對(duì)快速發(fā)展的建筑市場(chǎng)。工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu)在開展自身建設(shè)時(shí),必須以現(xiàn)代企業(yè)化的管理模式來運(yùn)營(yíng),以更靈活、有效的管理制度及手段來減少工作失誤,以科學(xué)的協(xié)調(diào)合提高開展工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理工作的積極性,并以最終形成“責(zé)任主體主控、政府部門調(diào)控、業(yè)主不控”的高效管理機(jī)制,更好更有效更科學(xué)地推進(jìn)建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理工作發(fā)展。博物館工程項(xiàng)目施工的質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)是博物館工程項(xiàng)目管理的核心目標(biāo),它是工程建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵,質(zhì)量決定著工程的效益和進(jìn)度。要想系統(tǒng)有效地對(duì)博物館工程項(xiàng)目施工實(shí)施質(zhì)量管理,必須運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理的基本原理和質(zhì)量控制的基本方法,監(jiān)督管理博物館工程項(xiàng)目施工的質(zhì)量管理體系,進(jìn)行全方位、整體化的系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量管理。落實(shí)各方各部門質(zhì)量管理的職責(zé),通過控制博物館工程項(xiàng)目施工過程中的各環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量,強(qiáng)效防范、及時(shí)確處理博物館工程項(xiàng)目施工的質(zhì)量問題。本文主要從多方位管理在博物館工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理中的作用入手加以闡述,分析影響工程質(zhì)量的因素、控制工程質(zhì)量的手段和方法,力求解決博物館工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理的出現(xiàn)的問題。本文的研究分六個(gè)部分：第一部分的研究?jī)?nèi)容是緒論,主要從問題的提出與研究背景、本文研究的內(nèi)容及方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究：第二部分的研究?jī)?nèi)容是工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論綜述,主要從工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量理、設(shè)計(jì)階段的質(zhì)量管理、招投標(biāo)階段的質(zhì)量管理和施工階段的質(zhì)量管理、博物館基建工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理存在的問題、本章小結(jié)等六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究：第四部分的研究?jī)?nèi)容是青島葡萄酒博物館工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理,主要從青島葡萄酒博物館工程項(xiàng)目管理方法的分析、博物館工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的過程等兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究：第五部分的研究?jī)?nèi)容是提升青島葡萄酒博物館工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的有效對(duì)策,主要從工程設(shè)計(jì)方面應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策、招投標(biāo)方面應(yīng)采取的對(duì)、施工方面應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策和本章小結(jié)等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究：第六部分的研究?jī)?nèi)容是結(jié)論與展望,主要總結(jié)形成論文結(jié)論并對(duì)今后研究工作與方向進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous progress of social life, the public has put forward higher and higher requirements for project quality. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the quality management of Engineering projects. So far, it has gone through more than 30 years, and the quality management of engineering projects has made a series of achievements at the same time. A lot of practical problems have arisen, for example, the nature of the project quality management organization has not been clearly positioned, the project quality management model can not keep up with the development of project quality management, some commercial housing quality complaints have not been satisfactorily resolved and the supervision of the construction and management of the organization itself there are many. Only by improving the authority and validity of the project quality management organization can it make the project quality management work in our country have more powerful practical significance, and further play its positive role in the vigorous development of the construction cause. Under the new situation of development, how to complete and ultimately implement the scientific supervision and effective supervision on the quality of Engineering projects, and how to ensure the further improvement of the quality and level of engineering projects in order to cope with the rapid development of the construction market. To operate, with more flexible and effective management system and means to reduce work errors, with scientific coordination to improve the initiative to carry out project quality management work, and ultimately form a "responsible subject control, government departments control, owner uncontrolled" efficient management mechanism, better and more effective and more scientific to promote the quality of construction projects.
