河南方城鉀長石在炻質陶瓷薄板外墻磚中的應用研究

【摘要】:為了探討河南方城鉀長石在炻質陶瓷薄板中應用的可行性,研究了河南方城鉀長石的工藝性能,采用鉀長石、滑石、高嶺土、煅燒鋁礬土等為原料,設計并制備了適用于建筑外墻裝飾用的炻質薄板磚,并研究了鉀長石添加量對陶瓷薄板組成、結構及性能的影響。結果表明,添加鉀長石34.26%經(jīng)1 070℃燒成的樣品性能最佳,抗折強度達111.15MPa,吸水率為4.70%、氣孔率10.77%、體積密度2.29g/cm3、燒成收縮5.49%,相關性能達到了GB/T 23266—2009,樣品的相組成為石英、頑火輝石以及莫來石。方城鉀長石達到了特級品標準,可用于制備陶瓷薄板。方城鉀長石高溫液相粘度較高,在燒成溫度范圍內可減少樣品燒成過程中的形變,但燒成溫度較低使液相無法充分填充氣孔,燒成溫度較高又不利于內部氣孔排除,導致坯體致密度和強度降低。
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of the application of potassium feldspar in stoneware ceramic sheet, the technological properties of potassium feldspar in Fangcheng County, Henan Province were studied. Potassium feldspar, talc, kaolin and calcined bauxite were used as raw materials. The stoneware sheet brick suitable for exterior wall decoration was designed and prepared. The effect of potassium feldspar addition on the composition, structure and properties of ceramic sheet was studied.
