【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度是衡量工程項(xiàng)目管理水平高低的一個(gè)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),項(xiàng)目能否在預(yù)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)交付使用,直接關(guān)系到其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的發(fā)揮。工程的建設(shè)者往往希望加快施工進(jìn)度,縮短建設(shè)總工期以獲得較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。而在工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的過程中涉及到眾多的參與方,利益關(guān)系比較復(fù)雜,對工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的難度越來越大。利益相關(guān)者的參與和支持成為了改善和加快工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的關(guān)鍵,能否協(xié)調(diào)好各利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)系,平衡好各利益相關(guān)者的訴求,直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目能否順利完成。因此,以利益相關(guān)者理論為基礎(chǔ),研究工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,并協(xié)調(diào)利益相關(guān)者之間的關(guān)系具有十分重要的意義。本文集成利益相關(guān)者理論和工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論等相關(guān)知識(shí),綜合吸收不同理論和方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn),從承包商的角度出發(fā),通過對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)利益相關(guān)者理論和工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述;闡述了工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論和利益相關(guān)者理論,并對利益相關(guān)者進(jìn)行界定;分析工程項(xiàng)目全壽命周期各個(gè)階段中的利益相關(guān)者,并著重分析利益相關(guān)者的需求和期望與工程相關(guān)進(jìn)度管理的關(guān)系以及控制和管理工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中利益相關(guān)者之間的沖突;在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究基于利益相關(guān)者的工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理決策的模式、特點(diǎn)并選擇和構(gòu)建決策模型;利用構(gòu)建的決策模型定量的進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析研究,并得出結(jié)論。希望通過本文的研究,能夠豐富工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理論研究,為工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)者提供依據(jù)和參考,改善工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中存在的問題,為其他企業(yè)的工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Project schedule is an important economic index to measure the level of engineering project management. Whether the project can be delivered within the scheduled time is directly related to the exertion of its economic benefits. The constructors often hope to speed up the construction progress and shorten the total construction period in order to obtain higher economic benefits. In the process of construction of engineering projects, many participants are involved, and the interest relationship is more and more complicated, so it is more and more difficult to manage the progress of engineering projects. The participation and support of stakeholders has become the key to improve and speed up the progress of the project. It is directly related to the smooth completion of the project whether the stakeholders can coordinate the relationship between the stakeholders and balance the demands of the stakeholders. Therefore, based on stakeholder theory, it is of great significance to study project schedule management and coordinate the relationship between stakeholders. This paper integrates relevant knowledge such as stakeholder theory and project schedule management theory, integrates the advantages of different theories and methods, and sets out from the contractor's point of view. This paper summarizes the theories of stakeholders and project schedule management at home and abroad, expounds the theory of project schedule management and stakeholder theory, and defines the stakeholders. Analysis of stakeholders at all stages of the project's life cycle, The relationship between the needs and expectations of stakeholders and the project-related progress management and the conflicts between stakeholders in the control and management of project schedule management are analyzed. This paper studies the decision model of project schedule management based on stakeholders, and selects and builds the decision model, and carries on the quantitative empirical analysis by using the decision model constructed, and draws a conclusion. It is hoped that the research in this paper can enrich the theoretical research of project schedule management, provide the basis and reference for the constructors of the project, and improve the problems existing in the project schedule management. It provides reference for other enterprises to study the project schedule management.
