“現(xiàn)代生土建筑實驗室”工作室設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代生土具有高生態(tài)性價比與較高的地域適應(yīng)性,已受到全球尤其是發(fā)達國家研究機構(gòu)和政府的廣泛關(guān)注和支持。在此國際趨勢下,鑒于近幾年西安建筑科技大學(xué)開展了大量的現(xiàn)代夯土實踐活動并取得一定實驗成果,國家住建部擬在本校雁塔路校區(qū)建設(shè)現(xiàn)代生土建筑實驗室,旨在滿足涉及多學(xué)科的團隊開展系列基礎(chǔ)研究、實體搭建試驗、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、成果展示、國際交流,以及專業(yè)教學(xué)等工作的需要。本項目屬于現(xiàn)代生土實驗室規(guī)劃中的辦公研究區(qū),建筑面積在300平方米左右。為實驗室的設(shè)計成員提供辦公空間,并對現(xiàn)代夯土材料及其與其他材料如集裝箱的結(jié)合進行示范與研究。本文以"現(xiàn)代生土實驗室"工作室的設(shè)計過程為研究對象,研究目標(biāo)為:(1)完成“現(xiàn)代生土建筑實驗室”工作室設(shè)計全過程研究。(2)基于本項目研究出集裝箱和夯土墻體的建筑設(shè)計應(yīng)用潛力。(3)對設(shè)計結(jié)果進行總結(jié)和反思,并思考使用類似建構(gòu)材料的建筑設(shè)計方法。本文首先對項目條件、需求和相關(guān)的案例進行分類歸納和研究總結(jié),總結(jié)出設(shè)計策略為:利用已有的現(xiàn)代夯土技術(shù)及場地內(nèi)廢舊集裝箱,在滿足現(xiàn)代夯土技術(shù)研究需求的前提下,充分利用集裝箱作結(jié)構(gòu)骨架,用夯土墻作圍護結(jié)構(gòu),同時結(jié)合煙囪效應(yīng)進行設(shè)計。其次,本文以經(jīng)濟實用、節(jié)能舒適、施工簡便的設(shè)計原則為標(biāo)尺,通過比較分析多種可能性的設(shè)計方法層層推進建筑設(shè)計過程,完成設(shè)計方案。方案過程包括了以空間為中心的初步設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、構(gòu)造節(jié)點尤其是夯土墻體和集裝箱分別與其他材料的節(jié)點設(shè)計、設(shè)備設(shè)計幾部分。最后,本文針對建筑的熱舒適度評估、能耗評估、經(jīng)濟評估、評估總結(jié)與反思進行詳述。方案完成后對其進行評估后發(fā)現(xiàn),本方案使用集裝箱與夯土材料,在熱工性能和蘊含能耗及運行能耗方面均高于相同空間的磚混建筑;使用煙囪效應(yīng)能有效減少夏季最熱日的冷負(fù)荷。在經(jīng)濟實用,節(jié)能舒適,施工簡便三個原則下進行反思,本設(shè)計過程依舊存在需要改進的地方。本文在最后將設(shè)計過程反思與如何使用建構(gòu)材料進行建筑設(shè)計做了總結(jié),以供參考。
[Abstract]:Modern raw soil, with high eco-cost ratio and high regional adaptability, has been widely concerned and supported by research institutions and governments in the world, especially in developed countries. In view of this international trend, in view of the fact that the Xi'an University of Architecture and Science and Technology has carried out a large number of practical activities of modern ramming soil in recent years and obtained certain experimental results, the Ministry of National Housing and Construction plans to build a laboratory for modern raw earth architecture in the Yanta Road campus of the university. Designed to meet the needs of multidisciplinary teams to conduct a series of basic research, physical testing, technical training, results presentation, international communication, and professional teaching and other needs. This project belongs to the modern raw soil laboratory planning office research area, the building area is about 300 square meters. Provide office space for lab designers and demonstrate and study modern rammed earth materials and their combination with other materials such as containers. In this paper, the design process of the studio "Modern Raw soil Laboratory" is taken as the research object. The research objectives are as follows: (1) to complete the research on the whole process of studio design of "Modern Raw soil Architecture Laboratory"; (2) to study the architectural design potential of container and rammed earth wall based on this project; (3) to summarize and reflect on the design results. And thinking about the use of similar construction materials of architectural design methods. In this paper, the project conditions, requirements and related cases are classified and summarized, and the design strategies are summarized as follows: using the existing modern ramming technology and waste containers in the site, On the premise of satisfying the needs of modern rammed earth technology research, the container is used as the structural skeleton, the rammed earth wall is used as the enclosure structure, and the chimney effect is combined to design. Secondly, based on the design principles of economy and practicality, energy saving and comfort, and simple construction, the design scheme is completed by comparing and analyzing several possible design methods to push forward the architectural design process layer by layer. The process of the scheme includes the design of space center, the design of structure, the design of node, especially the node design of rammed earth wall and container, and the design of equipment. At last, this paper expatiates on the thermal comfort evaluation, energy consumption evaluation, economic evaluation, evaluation summary and reflection. After the scheme is finished, it is found that the thermal performance, energy consumption and operation energy consumption of this scheme are higher than those of brick and concrete buildings with the same space using container and rammed earth materials. Using the chimney effect can effectively reduce the cooling load of the hottest day in summer. Under the three principles of economy and practicality, energy saving and comfort, simple construction, the design process still needs to be improved. In the end, the paper summarizes the design process and how to use constructional materials for architectural design.
