跨組織間BIM協(xié)同應(yīng)用的實施模式研究

【摘要】:建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)能使建設(shè)項目信息從項目規(guī)劃到運營全生命周期內(nèi)實現(xiàn)實時信息共享、達到協(xié)同工作從而在項目前期減少項目錯誤造成的損失,因此政府大力倡導(dǎo)BIM的實施,但作為BIM應(yīng)用、推動主體的企業(yè),卻存在著自己的考慮。本文通過研究BIM應(yīng)用實施的影響因素、實施模式以及案例模擬,為實施BIM或?qū)⒁獙嵤〣IM的企業(yè)提供參考。通過對國內(nèi)外各專家的研究成果進行提取、歸納、總結(jié),將BIM實施的影響因素自上而下的結(jié)構(gòu)分為三類:管理、環(huán)境、技術(shù)類。對這45項因素以問卷形式進行重要程度調(diào)查,采用AHP層次分析法進行權(quán)重分析,得到影響企業(yè)在建設(shè)項目中應(yīng)用實施BIM的關(guān)鍵影響因素,為BIM實施模式提供博弈點參考。本文借鑒博弈論中的委托—代理模型對各類實施模式進行函數(shù)分析,得到只考慮委托—代理成本的期望函數(shù)以及考慮全部管理成本的非量化分析。通過研究BIM在不同實施模式下參建方的博弈關(guān)系,能使博弈主體達到最大的期望效用的模式,即適用模式。借鑒委托-代理博弈模型對實施模式進行了研究,結(jié)合實際設(shè)計了各實施模式的實施流程,并通過案例模擬制定BIM實施方案,使其更好的應(yīng)用于BIM項目實施。
[Abstract]:The building information model (Building Information modeling can realize the real-time information sharing from the whole life cycle of the project planning to the operation, and achieve the cooperative work to reduce the loss caused by the project errors in the early stage of the project. Therefore, the government strongly advocates the implementation of BIM, but as an application of BIM, the enterprises that promote the main body have their own considerations. In this paper, the influencing factors, implementation modes and case simulations of BIM application implementation are studied to provide a reference for enterprises implementing BIM or about to implement BIM. By extracting, summarizing and summarizing the research results of experts at home and abroad, the top-down structure of the factors influencing the implementation of BIM is divided into three categories: management, environment and technology. The important degree of the 45 factors was investigated by questionnaire, and the weight analysis was carried out by using AHP analytic hierarchy process. The key factors affecting the application of BIM in construction projects were obtained, and the game point reference was provided for the implementation mode of BIM. This paper uses the principal-agent model in game theory for functional analysis of various implementation modes and obtains the expected function which only considers the principal-agent cost and the non-quantitative analysis considering all the management costs. By studying the game relationship of participants in different implementation modes of BIM, we can make the main players of the game achieve the maximum expected utility, that is, the applicable mode. Based on the principal-agent game model, the implementation model is studied, and the implementation process of each implementation mode is designed, and the implementation scheme of BIM is established through case simulation, so that it can be better applied to the implementation of BIM projects.
