超輕質(zhì)堿激發(fā)泡沫混凝土的性能影響研究

【摘要】:以濕密度200 kg/m~3的超輕質(zhì)堿激發(fā)泡沫混凝土(ULAAFC)為研究對象,研究了激發(fā)劑、水膠比、聚丙烯纖維、活性MgO、有機硅防水劑對ULAAFC絕干密度、力學性能、收縮性能、吸水率、導熱系數(shù)的影響。結(jié)果表明:激發(fā)劑、水膠比、聚丙烯纖維對ULAAFC的力學性能均具有顯著的影響,但激發(fā)劑和聚丙烯纖維對絕干密度的影響不大;摻入20%MgO對ULAAFC的28 d抗壓強度及收縮性能有一定的改善;有機硅防水劑外噴的效果優(yōu)于內(nèi)摻,且在外噴摻量4%時使用效果最佳,此時,ULAAFC的吸水率降至8%,導熱系數(shù)為0.038 W/(m·K)。
[Abstract]:The dry density, mechanical properties, shrinkage and water absorption of ultra-light alkali activated foamed concrete (ULAAFC) with moisture density of 200 kg/m~3 were studied, and the effects of activator, water-binder ratio, polypropylene fiber, activated MgO and silicone water-repellent on ULAAFC were studied. The influence of thermal conductivity. The results showed that the mechanical properties of ULAAFC were significantly affected by activator, water-binder ratio and polypropylene fiber, but the effects of activator and polypropylene fiber on the dry density were not significant. The addition of 20%MgO can improve the compressive strength and shrinkage of ULAAFC in 28 days, and the effect of silicone water-repellent spray is better than that of the inner one, and the best effect is when the dosage is 4%. The water absorption of ULAAFC is reduced to 8, and the thermal conductivity is 0.038 W / (m K).
