交通建筑綠色設(shè)計(jì)與評估方法研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,公眾對交通的要求不斷提升,在滿足基本出行服務(wù)、讓旅客“走得了”的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步要求改善交通運(yùn)輸服務(wù)質(zhì)量、提升服務(wù)水平,追求“走得好”。為實(shí)現(xiàn)交通運(yùn)輸一體化服務(wù),融合多種運(yùn)輸方式的交通樞紐成為我國建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。目前全國范圍內(nèi)已經(jīng)先后建成一大批典型的交通建筑。交通建筑具有體量巨大、流線組織復(fù)雜、面向公眾范圍廣泛的特點(diǎn),開展綠色設(shè)計(jì)更具意義。相比于一般性公共建筑,交通建筑綠色設(shè)計(jì)采用的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)、評估方法也有所區(qū)別。在交通建筑快速發(fā)展的當(dāng)下,研究其綠色設(shè)計(jì)也更具實(shí)際意義。本文梳理了國內(nèi)外典型的建筑綠色設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)及評估方法,研究了交通建筑綠色設(shè)計(jì)的特殊內(nèi)涵,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出交通建筑綠色設(shè)計(jì)首先應(yīng)重視交通組織與工藝流程設(shè)計(jì),并將其納入綠色評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中。本文全面分析交通建筑在實(shí)行綠色設(shè)計(jì)時需考慮的幾個方面,包括交通流線(車行、人行)組織方面、節(jié)地與室外環(huán)境方面、節(jié)能與能源利用方面、節(jié)水與水資源利用方面、節(jié)材與材料資源利用方面、室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量方面、施工管理方面與運(yùn)營管理方面。為避免常規(guī)評估方法中指標(biāo)權(quán)重系數(shù)取值的主觀性,本文在模糊綜合評價(jià)方法中,采用變權(quán)重系數(shù)的方法,針對某一具體的交通建筑,根據(jù)其具體特點(diǎn),采用針對性的權(quán)重系數(shù),更加科學(xué)合理。本文結(jié)合交通建筑的具體特點(diǎn),建立系統(tǒng)全面的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,同時引進(jìn)適用、具備可操作性的數(shù)學(xué)工具,構(gòu)建客觀性較強(qiáng)的多層次模糊評價(jià)模型。并通過實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了本文所提出的交通建筑綠色設(shè)計(jì)與評估方法的可行性。本文通過分析論證交通建筑綠色設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)與評估方法,為交通建筑綠色設(shè)計(jì)提供了有益參考,為研究大型交通樞紐綠色設(shè)計(jì)對周邊區(qū)域城市規(guī)劃產(chǎn)生的深遠(yuǎn)影響奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the public's demand for transportation has been continuously raised. On the basis of satisfying the basic travel service and letting passengers "get away", further demands are made to improve the quality of transportation service, enhance the level of service, and pursue "go well". At present, a large number of typical traffic buildings have been built throughout the country. Traffic buildings have the characteristics of huge volume, complicated streamline organization and wide range of public, so it is more meaningful to carry out green design. In the rapid development of traffic buildings, it is of more practical significance to study their green design. This paper combs the typical domestic and foreign green design techniques and evaluation methods, studies the special connotation of green design of traffic buildings, and puts forward that the green design of traffic buildings should be emphasized first. According to traffic organization and process flow design, and incorporate it into the green evaluation index system, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of several aspects to be considered in the green design of traffic buildings, including traffic flow line (vehicle, pedestrian) organization, land and outdoor environment, energy conservation and energy utilization, water and water resources utilization, and material saving. In order to avoid the subjectivity of the index weight coefficient in the conventional evaluation method, this paper adopts the method of variable weight coefficient in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, aiming at a specific traffic building, according to its specific characteristics, and adopts pertinence. The weight coefficient is more scientific and reasonable. Combining with the specific characteristics of traffic buildings, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system, introduces suitable and operable mathematical tools, and constructs a multi-level fuzzy evaluation model with strong objectivity. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of green design technology and evaluation method for traffic buildings, which provides a useful reference for the green design of traffic buildings and lays a foundation for the study of the far-reaching impact of green design for large-scale traffic hub on the urban planning of surrounding areas.
