變截面軟鋼剪切阻尼器試驗研究

【摘要】:普通軟鋼剪切屈服阻尼器的低周疲勞破壞常發(fā)生在加勁肋焊縫熱影響區(qū)。為了提高軟鋼剪切阻尼器的低周疲勞性能,相關研究提出了耗能區(qū)域無焊縫的變截面軟鋼剪切阻尼器,并對其進行了形狀優(yōu)化。該文根據該優(yōu)化結果,設計了5個變截面軟鋼剪切阻尼器試件并進行了擬靜力試驗研究。試驗中考察了不同寬度和高度的阻尼器在往復荷載下的力學性能。試驗結果顯示,試件出現了不同程度的面外屈曲,屈曲程度與耗能板高度和寬度相關。在ABAQUS中建立了該阻尼器的有限元模型,并利用該有限元模型對試驗結果進行了補充。根據試驗與有限元計算結果,提出了該軟鋼剪切阻尼器屈服位移,屈服承載力以及面外變形的計算公式。
[Abstract]:The low cycle fatigue failure of the shear yield damper of mild steel usually occurs in the heat-affected zone of stiffened ribbed weld. In order to improve the low cycle fatigue performance of soft steel shear dampers, a variable section soft steel shear damper with no weld in the energy dissipation region was proposed and its shape was optimized. Based on the optimized results, five specimens of soft steel shear dampers with variable cross section were designed and studied by pseudostatic test. The mechanical properties of dampers with different widths and heights under reciprocating loads were investigated. The results show that there are different degrees of out-of-plane buckling, and the degree of buckling is related to the height and width of the energy dissipation plate. The finite element model of the damper is established in ABAQUS and the experimental results are supplemented by the finite element model. Based on the experimental and finite element results, the formulas for calculating yield displacement, yield bearing capacity and out-of-plane deformation of the soft steel shear damper are presented.
