【摘要】：隨著我們國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)階段國(guó)家在工程建設(shè)方面也投入更大的人力、物力,造成工程建設(shè)的規(guī)模也在不斷地增大,然而這一切的改變也使我國(guó)的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目出現(xiàn)了新的特點(diǎn):如由于規(guī)模的增大,項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)環(huán)境也變得更加的復(fù)雜、技術(shù)要求更加先進(jìn)、并且項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中的不確定性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也大大增加。但是現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)的工程項(xiàng)目還存在著工作效率偏低、工程成本浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重、工程管理手段落后,各階段信息流失嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題。BIM技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)讓我們看到了解決這些問(wèn)題的希望,本論文將結(jié)合工程實(shí)例簡(jiǎn)單地研究當(dāng)BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用到建筑全壽命周期中后對(duì)建筑業(yè)所帶來(lái)的巨大改變。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, at the present stage, the state has also invested more manpower and material resources in the construction of projects, resulting in the scale of the construction of projects also continuously increasing. However, all these changes have also made the construction projects of our country appear new characteristics: as a result of the increase of scale, the construction environment of the projects becomes more complex, and the technical requirements are more advanced. And the uncertain risk of project implementation is also greatly increased. However, at present, there are still some problems in the engineering projects in our country, such as low working efficiency, serious waste of engineering cost, backward engineering management methods, serious information loss in various stages, etc. The emergence of BIM technology makes us see the hope to solve these problems. This paper will study the great changes to the construction industry when the BIM technology is applied to the whole life cycle of the building.
