礦物摻合料對高性能混凝土長期耐久性能的影響

【摘要】:通過對礦物摻合料種類及摻量的改變,研究了礦粉、粉煤灰對高性能混凝土長期耐久性能的影響。研究表明,摻合料混凝土360d齡期抗氯離子滲透性能與90d齡期相比,均增強(qiáng)10%以內(nèi),可用90d齡期氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)D_(RCM)值表征混凝土長期耐久性能;礦粉的加入會顯著增強(qiáng)混凝土早期及后期耐久性能,增強(qiáng)幅度隨摻量增加而增大,當(dāng)摻量為50%時,360d抗氯離子滲透性能增強(qiáng)52%;粉煤灰的加入會迅速降低混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性,后期耐久性也無明顯增強(qiáng),當(dāng)粉煤灰摻量達(dá)到50%時,其360d齡期的DRCM值高達(dá)基準(zhǔn)混凝土的5.4倍。
[Abstract]:The effects of mineral powder and fly ash on the long term durability of high performance concrete were studied by changing the kinds and contents of mineral admixtures. The results show that the chloride penetration resistance of admixture concrete at 360 d age is less than 10% higher than that of 90 d age, and the chloride diffusion coefficient D _ (RCM) of 90 d age can be used to characterize the long-term durability of concrete. The early and late durability of concrete can be significantly enhanced by the addition of mineral powder, and the enhancement range increases with the increase of the content of concrete, and the penetration resistance to chloride ion increases by 52when the addition amount is 50, and the durability of concrete structure will be reduced rapidly by adding fly ash. When the fly ash content reached 50%, the DRCM value of the 360d age period was 5.4 times of that of the reference concrete.
