【摘要】：自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),城市化水平的迅速提升、人們生活品質(zhì)實(shí)現(xiàn)新的飛躍,人們?cè)絹?lái)越重視房屋質(zhì)量的建設(shè)。工程質(zhì)量的優(yōu)良關(guān)系著人民的財(cái)產(chǎn)與生命的安全,直接影響著中國(guó)以及世界人民的生活與生產(chǎn)。另外,施工單位如何贏得信譽(yù)、提高效益、如何取得工程項(xiàng)目的投資權(quán),全取決于施工的房屋質(zhì)量水準(zhǔn)的精良。所以工程項(xiàng)目全過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制的命門(mén)關(guān)鍵就在于是否穩(wěn)抓施工期間的質(zhì)量水平。這關(guān)系到諸多產(chǎn)業(yè)的前途和命運(yùn),關(guān)系到能否達(dá)到符合國(guó)家規(guī)范、能否達(dá)到業(yè)主的要求。整個(gè)項(xiàng)目能否順利提升質(zhì)量、能否有效的控制成本、能否避免“脆脆樓”等危房現(xiàn)象,全在于加強(qiáng)重視施工期間的質(zhì)管工作,提高施工管理的時(shí)效性。因此,建設(shè)完善質(zhì)量監(jiān)督體系迫在眉睫。本文的研究目標(biāo)為:建立完善高效的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督體系、將工程質(zhì)量提升到國(guó)家規(guī)定的規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及要求上,以提升房屋建筑的工程質(zhì)量。本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容為:以北京市西城區(qū)保障住房施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工程為實(shí)際案例,學(xué)習(xí)建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量控制的基本方法和理論,并嚴(yán)格以其為指導(dǎo)思想,詳細(xì)闡述本工程的施工要況,并分析探討質(zhì)量控制問(wèn)題、介紹施工中的質(zhì)量管理制度,以實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量管理制度的應(yīng)用、創(chuàng)新和質(zhì)的飛躍,使質(zhì)量管理模式與工程質(zhì)量控制效果得到有效的印證。本文采用的研究方法主要有:ABC分析法、直方圖分析法、散點(diǎn)圖分析法、因果分析法、PDCA循環(huán)法。研究結(jié)論為:通過(guò)施工特征和施工過(guò)程質(zhì)量影響因素分析,進(jìn)而配置施工過(guò)程控制點(diǎn),然后在整個(gè)工程過(guò)程中,分前期準(zhǔn)備、過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制、以及施工結(jié)束后產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的維護(hù)等階段,對(duì)質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步分析其對(duì)工程質(zhì)量的影響程度,抓住主要影響因素,采取組織保障、制度保障(管理制度、規(guī)避C類因素制度)、施工數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)保障、規(guī)范法規(guī)保障等,達(dá)到整體施工質(zhì)量管理的目的,構(gòu)建保障房施工質(zhì)量管理體系。在西城保障房項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)施工過(guò)程中,通過(guò)第三方的嚴(yán)格檢查檢驗(yàn),通過(guò)一系列的數(shù)據(jù)反饋,質(zhì)量管理體系得到應(yīng)用和印證。從而建立一套完整的施工質(zhì)量控制保證措施體系。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid improvement of urbanization level, people realize a new leap in the quality of life, people pay more and more attention to the construction of housing quality. The quality of the project relates to the safety of people's property and life, and directly affects the life and production of people in China and the world. In addition, how to win reputation, improve efficiency and obtain investment rights of construction projects all depend on the excellent quality of construction houses. Therefore, the key of quality control in the whole process of engineering project is whether to grasp the quality level during construction. This is related to the future and destiny of many industries, whether it can meet the national standards and the requirements of the owners. Whether the whole project can improve the quality, control the cost effectively, avoid the "brittle building" and other dangerous housing phenomenon, all lies in strengthening the quality management work during the construction period and improving the timeliness of construction management. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the quality supervision system. The research goal of this paper is to establish a perfect and efficient quality supervision system and to upgrade the engineering quality to the national standard, standard and requirement in order to improve the engineering quality of the building. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: taking the housing construction project in Xicheng District of Beijing as a practical case, learning the basic method and theory of construction project quality control, and strictly taking it as the guiding ideology. The construction condition of the project is described in detail, and the problems of quality control are analyzed and discussed, and the quality management system in construction is introduced in order to realize the application, innovation and qualitative leap of the quality management system. The model of quality management and the effect of engineering quality control are confirmed effectively. The main research methods used in this paper include: ABC analysis, histogram analysis, scatter plot analysis, causality analysis and PDCA cycle analysis. The research conclusions are as follows: through the analysis of the construction characteristics and the factors affecting the quality of the construction process, then the construction process control points are configured, and then in the whole engineering process, the process quality control is divided into early preparation and process quality control. As well as the maintenance of product quality after the end of construction, the influence degree of quality control point on engineering quality is further analyzed, the main influencing factors are grasped, and the organization guarantee and system guarantee are adopted (management system, etc.) In order to achieve the purpose of overall construction quality management, the construction quality management system of indemnificatory apartment is constructed by circumventing the system of category C factors), ensuring the standard of construction data and standardizing the rules and regulations. In the whole construction process of Xicheng indemnificatory apartment project, the quality management system has been applied and verified through the strict inspection and inspection of the third party and a series of data feedback. Thus, a complete system of construction quality control measures is established.
