【摘要】：建筑節(jié)能是在當(dāng)今人類面臨生存與可持續(xù)發(fā)展重大問題的大環(huán)境下世界建筑發(fā)展的基本趨向。建筑節(jié)能以人為本,遵循全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀。它不僅可以減少環(huán)境污染,建造出健康、環(huán)保、高舒適度的居住環(huán)境,而且還能減少能耗、節(jié)省能源、節(jié)省家庭開支,是實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然和諧發(fā)展的重要舉措。大力發(fā)展節(jié)能建筑,不僅是節(jié)約資源、能源的需要,更是人類健康的需要。課題研究的首要目的就是通過對德國DGNB綠色建筑評估體系及其評價方式的研究,探討適合中國綠色建筑評估體系的發(fā)展方向。此外,通過研究德國節(jié)能建筑的發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)出可以學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的方面,對照中國的國情與現(xiàn)狀,吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最終目的是通過中德綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評價方式的對比,學(xué)習(xí)德國的先進(jìn)技術(shù),管理和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),取其精華,尋找適合中國國情的綠色建筑評估體系的評價方式。全文共分五個部分：第一部分：解釋論文研究的起源,確定研究對象和研究范圍,闡述論文的研究目的和意義,確立論文的研究方法,制定出論文的框架。第二部分：搜集國內(nèi)外研究對象的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢,闡述相關(guān)基本理論及發(fā)展經(jīng)歷與研究對象的關(guān)系,為論文尋找理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分：解析德國DGNB和中國《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的內(nèi)容及評價方式的影響因素,并進(jìn)行對比分析。第四部分：解析德國DGNB和中國《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的評價方式,并進(jìn)行對比分析。第五部分：將德國DGNB的精華與中國現(xiàn)狀相結(jié)合,對我國綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出一些建議。第六部分：對研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Building energy saving is the basic trend of architecture development in the world under the environment of human existence and sustainable development. Building energy-saving people-oriented, follow the overall, coordinated, sustainable scientific development concept. It can not only reduce environmental pollution, build a healthy, environmental protection, high comfort living environment, but also reduce energy consumption, save energy, save household expenses, is an important measure to achieve harmonious development between man and nature. Vigorously developing energy-saving buildings is not only the need of saving resources and energy, but also the need of human health. The primary purpose of this study is to explore the development direction of green building evaluation system in China through the study of DGNB green building evaluation system in Germany and its evaluation methods. In addition, by studying the development course of energy-saving buildings in Germany, the author sums up the aspects that can be learned and draws lessons from the situation and current situation of China. The final purpose is to compare the evaluation methods of green building between China and Germany, learn the advanced technology, management and practical experience of Germany, select its essence, and find the evaluation method of green building evaluation system suitable for China's national conditions. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part: explain the origin of the thesis, determine the object and scope of the research, explain the purpose and significance of the research, establish the research method and frame the paper. The second part: collect the current situation and trend of the research object at home and abroad, expound the related basic theory and the relation between the development experience and the research object, and find the theoretical foundation for the thesis. The third part analyzes the content of German DGNB and China's Green Building Evaluation Standard and the influencing factors of the evaluation method, and makes a comparative analysis. The fourth part: analyze the evaluation methods of German DGNB and Chinese Green Building Evaluation Standard, and make a comparative analysis. The fifth part: combine the essence of German DGNB with the present situation of China, and put forward some suggestions to the evaluation standard of green building in our country. The sixth part: summarize the research results.
