【摘要】：隨著我國觀光旅游行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,改造后的歷史街區(qū)作為旅游業(yè)潛在發(fā)展資源越來越受到社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注和重視。但目前國內(nèi)對歷史街區(qū)改造后的評價(jià)(POE)調(diào)查研究還處于起步階段,各方面的研究資料和成果并不完善。本文在研究國內(nèi)外關(guān)于歷史街區(qū)改造使用后評價(jià)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試構(gòu)建適用于橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)改造的使用后評價(jià)模型和方法,并進(jìn)行橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)改造不同類型使用者評價(jià)差異分析對比研究。使用者對歷史街區(qū)改造的評價(jià)具有重要的意義,是決定其改造成功與否的直接因素。本文分別從環(huán)境心理學(xué)以及行為學(xué)的角度對橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)現(xiàn)階段改造使用者的評價(jià)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并以此為基礎(chǔ),提出適用于橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)特色空間環(huán)境改造的評價(jià)方法—POE(使用后評價(jià))。結(jié)合環(huán)境心理學(xué)理論對居民與游客POE評價(jià)差異進(jìn)行了動(dòng)因分析,對橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)后續(xù)改造提出了幾點(diǎn)建議,填補(bǔ)了POE方法在歷史街區(qū)改造領(lǐng)域?qū)嵺`的空缺。本研究首先紹了橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)改造后的基本情況,并且對基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)測量、深入訪談及行為調(diào)查的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了闡述與分析,完善橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)特色的涵義。其次,通過對橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)改造使用后評價(jià)調(diào)查問卷模型的構(gòu)建,得出居民與游客不同屬性使用者問卷反饋的評價(jià)差異。并對影響評價(jià)差異的變量因素進(jìn)行顯著性分析、相關(guān)性分析及SD曲線分析等。最后,結(jié)合評價(jià)結(jié)果與橫道河子鎮(zhèn)歷史街區(qū)改造的實(shí)際情況,提出基于不同使用者心理需求差異的歷史街區(qū)改造策略,為后續(xù)歷史街區(qū)的改造工作提供可參考的建議。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of tourism industry in our country, the transformed historical district, as a potential resource of tourism development, has been paid more and more attention to by all walks of life. But at present, the investigation and research on the evaluation of (POE) after the transformation of historical blocks in China is still in its infancy, and the research materials and achievements in all aspects are not perfect. On the basis of the research on the post-use evaluation of historic block reconstruction at home and abroad, this paper tries to construct a post-use evaluation model and method suitable for the reconstruction of historical block in Hengdaohezi Town. The difference analysis and comparison of different types of users'evaluation in the transformation of historical blocks in Hengdaohezi Town were carried out. The user's evaluation of the historic district reconstruction is of great significance and is a direct factor to determine the success of the reconstruction. In this paper, from the perspective of environmental psychology and behavioral science, the author summarizes the evaluation of the transformation users in the historical block of Hengdaohezi Town at the present stage, and based on it, This paper puts forward an evaluation method-Poe (post-use evaluation), which is suitable for the transformation of special space environment in historical blocks of Hengdaohezi Town. Based on the theory of environmental psychology, this paper analyzes the difference of POE evaluation between residents and tourists, puts forward some suggestions for the subsequent reconstruction of historical blocks in Hengdaohezi Town, and fills the gap in the practice of POE method in the field of historic district reconstruction. This study first introduces the basic situation after the transformation of historical blocks in Hengdaohezi Town, and expounds and analyzes the results of basic data measurement, in-depth interview and behavior investigation, and consummates the meaning of the characteristics of historical blocks in Hengdaohezi Town. Secondly, through the construction of the questionnaire model for the post-use evaluation of the historic blocks in Hengdaohezi town, the difference of the feedback between residents and tourists with different attributes is obtained. Significant analysis, correlation analysis and SD curve analysis were carried out. Finally, based on the evaluation results and the actual situation of the transformation of historical blocks in Hengdaohezi Town, the paper puts forward the strategies of historic block reconstruction based on the difference of psychological needs of different users, and provides some suggestions for the subsequent reconstruction of historical blocks.
