基于GIS的阜新地下管線信息管理系統(tǒng)的建立與研究
[Abstract]:Underground pipeline is one of the most important components of urban infrastructure, it is the "lifeline" of a city, it bears the important responsibility of information transmission and energy transmission in this city, and it is an important guarantee for the efficient and orderly operation of the city. At present, the management level of underground pipeline in Fuxin is not high, each pipeline department has its own affairs, and the information is not shared. Moreover, the underground pipeline data in Fuxin is managed mainly by CAD, so it is difficult to carry out professional spatial analysis. This kind of pipeline management mode is very difficult to manage underground pipeline efficiently, and the ability to deal with unexpected accidents caused by pipeline is also very poor, so, It is very important to establish a comprehensive underground pipeline management information system with the help of advanced GIS technology in Fuxin city. In this paper, according to the needs of Fuxin City Planning Bureau for the management of urban underground pipeline, on the basis of collecting and arranging the existing data of the planning department, using the experience of other urban construction pipeline management system for reference, using the SQL Server database to store the underground pipeline data. The comprehensive management information system of underground pipeline in Fuxin city is established by using the advanced programming language C # and ArcEngine component on the platform of .Net through the data access of ArcSDE database engine. Combined with the actual situation of underground pipeline data in Fuxin, the paper explores the organization and updating of pipeline data and the functional design of the system, and expounds the key technologies used in the establishment of pipeline system. For example, ArcSDE database engine technology, com GIS technology, net technology and ArcEngine technology. This paper focuses on the spatial analysis of horizontal and vertical section analysis and pipe burst analysis by using interpolation and depth first search algorithm, and realizes the related analysis functions such as net distance analysis, depth analysis of overlying soil and so on, in combination with the national code. A relatively complete solution to the underground pipeline system in Fuxin City is given, which provides auxiliary support for the pipeline planning and management in Fuxin City.
