鋁合金模板應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國的模板技術(shù)呈現(xiàn)出多樣化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、商品化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),其中鋁合金模板技術(shù)作為新型模板技術(shù),在房建工程中已經(jīng)取得了較好的應(yīng)用效果,但新技術(shù)的推廣需要質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做支撐,否則會(huì)受到劣質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的沖擊而影響推廣。為促進(jìn)鋁合金模板質(zhì)量體系的形成,為推廣應(yīng)用新材料、新技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色施工,本文對(duì)鋁合金模板施工進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的研究,主要開展了以下工作:1.對(duì)鋁合金模板支撐體系即早拆體系,進(jìn)行理論研究。使用ADINA有限元軟件建立模型,分析了鋁合金模板的受力情況以及拆模后混凝土實(shí)體的應(yīng)力分布,結(jié)果表明:拆模后混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的最大應(yīng)力將出現(xiàn)在板上部靠近支撐桿邊線、向梁一側(cè),以及梁下部與板相接處;為確保施工安全,在遇大梁時(shí),應(yīng)在梁兩側(cè)加設(shè)支撐;層高增加時(shí),需相應(yīng)增加桿件的慣性矩。2.系統(tǒng)性研究了鋁合金模板施工過程,包括鋁合金模板的應(yīng)用范圍、模板加工進(jìn)場(chǎng)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拼裝施工、細(xì)部做法以及安全、質(zhì)量保證措施,主要得到以下結(jié)論:鋁合金模板適用于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層數(shù)較多的超高層結(jié)構(gòu)以及結(jié)構(gòu)夠形狀簡(jiǎn)單、工期緊,有創(chuàng)優(yōu)要求的結(jié)構(gòu);加工鋁模時(shí)需嚴(yán)格控制原材料質(zhì)量,項(xiàng)目部宜派技術(shù)人員進(jìn)場(chǎng)協(xié)助加工;模板不宜一次性出廠,以便在施工過程中不斷優(yōu)化;拆除后的模板及時(shí)維護(hù)、校正變形。3.使用PDCA的質(zhì)量控制方法,分析了影響鋁合金模板混凝土成型質(zhì)量的主要因素,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施,對(duì)措施實(shí)施的效果進(jìn)行了檢查,結(jié)果表明:混凝土坍落度、振搗方法、模板的清理維護(hù)等是造成混凝土表面麻面、氣泡的主要因素;嚴(yán)格控制模板加工尺寸偏差、盡量將坍落度控制在160mm左右、對(duì)新模板使用前行預(yù)氧化處理等措施有利于提高混凝土成型質(zhì)量。論文從理論和應(yīng)用兩方面對(duì)鋁合金模板施工進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性研究,過程中自主研制了鋁合金模板拆除桿,成功申報(bào)國家實(shí)用新型專利;在某在建項(xiàng)目成立QC小組,獲得全國工程質(zhì)量管理小組二等獎(jiǎng);同時(shí),對(duì)鋁合金模板施工過程的研究成果已成功申報(bào)四川省省級(jí)工法。取得的成果已表明,本文的研究對(duì)指導(dǎo)鋁合金模板施工、推廣鋁合金模板應(yīng)用具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)際意義,且有助于鋁合金模板質(zhì)量體系的形成。
[Abstract]:At present, the formwork technology of our country presents the development trend of diversification, standardization and commercialization. The aluminum alloy formwork technology, as a new formwork technology, has already obtained the better application effect in the house construction project. But the popularization of the new technology needs the support of the quality standard, otherwise it will be affected by the impact of inferior products. In order to promote the formation of aluminum alloy formwork quality system and to popularize the application of new materials and technologies to realize green construction, this paper has carried out systematic research on aluminum alloy formwork construction, mainly carried out the following work: 1. The aluminum alloy formwork bracing system, that is, the early dismantling system, is studied theoretically. The finite element software Adina is used to establish the model, and the stress distribution of the concrete body after removing the aluminum alloy formwork is analyzed. The results show that the maximum stress of the concrete structure will appear in the upper part of the slab near the side line of the bracing bar. In order to ensure the safety of construction, support should be added on both sides of the beam, and the moment of inertia of the member should be increased accordingly when the height of the layer increases. This paper systematically studies the construction process of aluminum alloy formwork, including the application scope of aluminum alloy formwork, formwork approach, site assembling construction, detail method and safety and quality assurance measures. The main conclusions are as follows: aluminum alloy formwork is suitable for super-tall structures with more standard layers and structures with simple shape, tight construction period and excellent requirements, and the quality of raw materials should be strictly controlled when processing aluminum dies. Project department should send technical personnel to assist in processing; formwork should not be out of the factory at one time, in order to continue to optimize in the construction process; removed template timely maintenance, correction deformation. 3. Using the quality control method of PDCA, the main factors affecting the forming quality of aluminum alloy formwork concrete are analyzed, and the corresponding solving measures are put forward, and the effect of the measures is checked. The results show that the concrete slump and vibrating method are obtained. The cleaning and maintenance of the formwork are the main factors that cause the surface of concrete surface and bubble, strictly control the size deviation of the template processing, and try to control the slump around 160mm, The pre-oxidation treatment of new formwork is helpful to improve the quality of concrete forming. In this paper, the aluminum alloy formwork construction is studied systematically from the aspects of theory and application. In the process, the aluminum alloy formwork dismantling rod is developed independently, and the national utility model patent is successfully declared, and a QC group is set up in a certain project under construction. At the same time, the research results of aluminum alloy formwork construction process have been successfully applied to the provincial engineering method of Sichuan province. The results obtained show that the research in this paper has a strong practical significance for guiding the construction of aluminum alloy formwork and popularizing the application of aluminum alloy formwork, and is helpful to the formation of quality system of aluminum alloy formwork.
