【摘要】：南京是中國(guó)近代歷史上的重要城市,見(jiàn)證了中國(guó)近代社會(huì)生活的變遷。近代是西方把中國(guó)拉進(jìn)世界的資本體系中的特殊時(shí)期,中西文化不斷的交流、碰撞、相互博弈。這時(shí)期旅館業(yè)的發(fā)展和變遷正見(jiàn)證并且放大了這種交融和碰撞。本文通過(guò)對(duì)南京近代旅館業(yè)分布及典型旅館建筑的研究,理清民國(guó)時(shí)期旅館發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)和由西方資本引入所導(dǎo)致旅館業(yè)建筑的變革。填補(bǔ)南京民國(guó)旅館業(yè)建筑研究遺留下的空白。本論文通過(guò)檔案搜索,發(fā)掘了南京現(xiàn)存民國(guó)時(shí)期各棟旅館建筑的歷史資料,包括建筑本身及投資商的信息。通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研拍照和測(cè)繪(條件許可的情況下)的方式,對(duì)現(xiàn)存的旅館建筑進(jìn)行信息記錄。本文第一章為緒論部分,闡述研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的總結(jié),提出本文的研究方法、研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究框架。第二章為近代南京旅館業(yè)發(fā)展背景研究。通過(guò)歷史資料圖形化的方式,搜集到各時(shí)期南京城內(nèi)旅館的名稱(chēng)及地址,將其標(biāo)注于該時(shí)期的歷史地圖上。通過(guò)對(duì)圖形的分析和對(duì)比,研究南京城內(nèi)旅館分布和變遷的情況,分析引起變遷的原因。第三章中,列舉南京現(xiàn)存七棟代表性旅館,通過(guò)對(duì)一手資料的整理,弄清每棟建筑的歷史沿革,在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合投資商與設(shè)計(jì)者分析每棟建筑的特殊性。第四章承接第三章,由資本模式對(duì)民國(guó)時(shí)期的旅館進(jìn)行分類(lèi),總結(jié)每種類(lèi)型出現(xiàn)的契機(jī)和推動(dòng)其發(fā)展的原因,分析每一類(lèi)型旅館建筑的共性和特殊性。本文通過(guò)大量數(shù)據(jù)的搜集勾勒出民國(guó)時(shí)期南京旅館業(yè)分布的圖景,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)現(xiàn)存的民國(guó)時(shí)期旅館建筑進(jìn)行歷史研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研,最后通過(guò)分類(lèi)分析的方式探求南京旅館業(yè)建筑發(fā)展的線索。
[Abstract]:Nanjing is an important city in the modern history of China. Modern times is a special period in which the West pulls China into the capital system of the world. Chinese and Western cultures constantly communicate, collide and play games with each other. The development and change of hotel industry in this period witnessed and magnified the blending and collision. Based on the study of the distribution of hotel industry and typical hotel buildings in Nanjing, this paper clarifies the development of hotels in the period of the Republic of China and the transformation of hotel construction caused by the introduction of western capital. Fill in the lacuna left behind in the study of hotel architecture in the Republic of Nanjing. This paper explores the historical data of hotels in Nanjing during the period of the Republic of China, including the information of the building itself and the investors. Record information on existing hotel buildings through field research, photography and mapping (conditions permitting). The first chapter of this paper is the introduction part, which describes the significance of the research, research status, through the summary of relevant literature, put forward the research methods, research content and research framework. The second chapter is the research on the background of the development of Nanjing hotel industry in modern times. In this paper, the names and addresses of the hotels in Nanjing are collected through the graphic method of historical data, and the names and addresses of the hotels in Nanjing are marked on the historical map of the period. Through the analysis and comparison of the figures, this paper studies the distribution and changes of hotels in Nanjing, and analyzes the causes of the changes. In the third chapter, the author enumerates the seven representative hotels in Nanjing, and analyzes the particularity of each building by sorting out the historical evolution of each building. The fourth chapter carries on the third chapter, classifies the hotel in the period of the Republic of China by the capital pattern, summarizes the opportunity which each kind of type appears and promotes its development reason, analyzes the common character and the particularity of each type hotel architecture. This paper outlines the distribution of Nanjing hotel industry in the period of the Republic of China by collecting a lot of data, and on this basis, carries on the historical research and the field investigation to the existing hotel building of the period of the Republic of China. Finally, through the classification analysis of Nanjing hotel industry to explore the development of architectural clues.
