商場(chǎng)建筑適老化設(shè)計(jì)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, because the aging of population in our country is increasing day by day, the elderly population is increasing gradually, and with the economic growth, the consumption ability of the elderly has been greatly improved, and the existing building space of the shopping mall is not enough to meet the consumption demand of the elderly. Further aging design is needed. "Aging design", as its name implies, is a design that adapts to aging. It proposes that in all housing, in the shopping mall, hospital, school and other public buildings to fully take into account the physical functions of the elderly and the characteristics of their actions to make the corresponding design. In aging design, accessibility design is only part of it, or minimum requirement. To study the design of aging, we should start with the physiological, psychological, behavioral habits and perceptual feelings of the elderly. In the physiological aspect, we should adapt to all kinds of physical disorders and chronic diseases caused by the aging of the elderly. It is necessary to prevent the elderly from producing negative emotions. In behavior, we should satisfy the old people's living habits and action preferences. In terms of perception, we should combine environmental psychology to create an atmosphere that will make the elderly feel happy. This paper discusses how to make the elderly people happy by means of construction. The design of market building space is suitable for aging. By means of environmental psychology, combined with the theories of behavior, sociology and gerontology, and by means of field visits and questionnaires, the behavior and psychological characteristics of the elderly are studied. Based on the analysis of the deficiency of the existing indoor and outdoor space in the field of aging, the basic principles, design strategies and specific design techniques of the aging design of the market buildings are summarized in order to establish the market space to meet the needs of the elderly. In order to meet the growing demand of the elderly consumer groups for the building space of shopping malls.
