【摘要】：伴隨著我國城市化進程的不斷加速,建筑行業(yè)迎來了前所未有過的大繁榮與大發(fā)展,同時建筑行業(yè)也出現(xiàn)了比較激烈的競爭。如何提高建筑產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量是決定建筑企業(yè)能否立足于整個城市化浪潮中的關(guān)鍵。古建筑修復(fù)工程作為建筑工程中的一個分支,由于其本身的特點以及各種條件的限制,使得如何對古建筑的修復(fù)工程進行科學(xué)的質(zhì)量管理是一個亟待解決的問題。本文以青島觀象山觀象臺臺址及館長官邸修繕項目的質(zhì)量管理為研究內(nèi)容,首先對目前項目質(zhì)量管理的理論與方法進行了詳細的概述。其次通過現(xiàn)有的質(zhì)量管理方法與理論結(jié)合項目的實際情況,研究了該項目質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀以及所面臨的問題。然后在掌握了前期項目質(zhì)量管理出現(xiàn)的問題后對項目的質(zhì)量管理提出了新的方法與措施。本過程采用了PDCA的動態(tài)質(zhì)量管理方式,將項目的每個活動劃分四個不同的階段,并且這四個階段是動態(tài)循環(huán)的,這就保證了活動的所有更新都在項目的質(zhì)量管控中。最后通過層次分析法與模糊綜合評價法對采用了PDCA質(zhì)量管理方法的青島觀象山觀象臺臺址及館長官邸修繕項目的實際效果進行了實際并且客觀的總結(jié)與評價。對古建筑修繕項目進行質(zhì)量管理是一個系統(tǒng)性的工作,項目的質(zhì)量控制要從最初的需求分析階段開始到項目交付為止一直貫穿于整個項目的始終,采用了科學(xué)的項目質(zhì)量管理的方法與策略對于古建筑修繕項目來說意義深遠。因此對于一個具體的項目來說如何動態(tài)的、詳細的分析影響項目質(zhì)量的因素并提出合理的解決方案是一個富有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, the construction industry has ushered in unprecedented prosperity and development, at the same time, the construction industry has also appeared more intense competition. How to improve the quality of construction products is the key to determine whether construction enterprises can be based on the whole tide of urbanization. As a branch of ancient building engineering, due to its own characteristics and constraints of various conditions, how to carry out scientific quality management of ancient building restoration works is an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the site of the observation platform in Qingdao and the quality management of the renovation project of the curator's residence are taken as the research contents. Firstly, the theory and method of the current project quality management are summarized in detail. Secondly, by combining the existing quality management methods with the theory of the project, the paper studies the current situation of the project quality management and the problems it faces. Then, new methods and measures are put forward for the quality management of the project after mastering the problems existing in the early stage of project quality management. In this process, PDCA dynamic quality management method is adopted, each activity of the project is divided into four different stages, and the four stages are dynamic cycle, which ensures that all the updates of the activities are in the quality control of the project. Finally, through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the practical and objective summary and evaluation of the actual effect of the observation platform site and the renovation project of the curator's residence in Qingdao, which adopts the PDCA quality management method, are carried out. It is a systematic work to carry on the quality management to the ancient building repair project. The quality control of the project should run through the whole project from the initial requirement analysis stage to the project delivery. Scientific methods and strategies of project quality management are of great significance to the restoration projects of ancient buildings. Therefore, it is a challenging task to analyze the factors that affect the quality of the project and put forward a reasonable solution for a specific project.
