某內(nèi)陸核電廠常規(guī)島冷卻塔配置優(yōu)化及選型分析
[Abstract]:According to the requirement of cooling capacity of conventional island cooling tower for nuclear power unit, the cooling area required for the adoption of conventional cooling tower in a inland nuclear power plant is 22000 mm2. If a conventional cooling tower is used for one machine and one tower, it is difficult for the cooling medium to pass through the rain area of the tower to reach the central part of the tower, and the two towers face the pressure of cost and land use. In view of the above problems, the solutions are put forward, such as the suspended arrangement of changing the packing support mode, the high water intake cooling tower with changing the air distribution mode of the cooling tower and the double back pressure condenser with improved heat transfer mode, and the combination between them, and so on. By using the annual minimum cost method, the technical and economic comparison of the above schemes is carried out, and the optimal schemes under different combination modes are obtained, and the cooling tower configuration schemes of single back pressure and double back pressure units are given respectively. An economical and reasonable circulating water supply system is provided for the owners to choose and adopt, which is of great reference value for the design and optimization of large cooling towers in other nuclear power plants.
