【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與城市化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),高層住宅區(qū)己經(jīng)成為我國尤其是大中城市住宅的主要發(fā)展形式,以剛需化、市場化為主要特征的大城市高層住宅的發(fā)展正經(jīng)歷著從關(guān)注高效到關(guān)注舒適性與人性化,從注重住宅數(shù)量到關(guān)注空間質(zhì)量與功能的轉(zhuǎn)變。廣州高層居住區(qū)內(nèi)的活動廣場作為承載居住區(qū)內(nèi)居民業(yè)余生活以及休憩活動的最重要空間,廣州市是我國最早進(jìn)行高層住宅建設(shè)的城市之一,其規(guī)劃理念、設(shè)計(jì)水準(zhǔn)均處于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平,但從整體上看,仍有大量高層居住區(qū)的廣場空間設(shè)計(jì)欠缺考量、人性化功能不足、總體質(zhì)量不佳。本文將居民休憩行為與廣場空間形態(tài)的研究相結(jié)合,通過對廣州市各個區(qū)的高層居住小區(qū)的深入調(diào)研,從居住區(qū)人們的休憩活動功能出發(fā),分別對廣場空間功能、空間構(gòu)成要素、空間地域性與休憩空間形態(tài)一起進(jìn)行分析與研究,力圖探討與居民休憩活動相契合的行之有效的高層住宅小區(qū)廣場空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)方法,希望對今后的廣州市高層住宅小區(qū)活動廣場空間的建設(shè)有積極的參考作用。具體分為以下五個部分:第一部分:闡述課題研究的背景、研究的主要問題、研究的目的及意義,解讀題目和相關(guān)概念。第二部分:簡要分析了國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)理論綜述與研究動態(tài)并通過研究國內(nèi)外的案例提取可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第三部分:對居民的基本休憩行為進(jìn)行初步研究,將居住小區(qū)內(nèi)部的廣場空間進(jìn)行分類,以廣州市高層居住小區(qū)的調(diào)研與數(shù)據(jù)分析為基礎(chǔ),從功能上、空間要素上、文化內(nèi)含這三個基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)狀分析,歸納出現(xiàn)有的問題與不足,為后續(xù)的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。第四部分:以上一章的調(diào)研分析為基礎(chǔ),細(xì)化每一個研究基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)內(nèi)包含的各個元素并進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)歸納出高層住宅小區(qū)內(nèi)活動廣場的空間設(shè)計(jì)方法。并且選取廣州番禺東新高速保障房景觀設(shè)計(jì)、廣州市蘿崗知識城南安置區(qū)兩個筆者參與設(shè)計(jì)的具體案例進(jìn)行深入分析,闡述設(shè)計(jì)方法與應(yīng)用。第五部分:運(yùn)用上文闡述的設(shè)計(jì)方法,探討活動廣場空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)中的主要關(guān)注點(diǎn),提煉設(shè)計(jì)方法及策略,為今后的廣州市高層住宅小區(qū)活動廣場空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the advancement of economic development and urbanization in China, high-rise residential areas have become the main form of housing development in China, especially in large and medium-sized cities. The development of high-rise residential buildings in big cities which is characterized by marketization is undergoing a transformation from paying attention to high efficiency to paying attention to comfort and humanization and from paying attention to the quantity of housing to paying attention to the quality and function of space. As the most important space for the residents' leisure life and recreational activities, Guangzhou is one of the earliest high-rise residential construction cities in China. The design level is in the leading level in China, but on the whole, there are still a large number of high-rise residential space design lack of consideration, lack of humanization function, the overall quality is not good. This paper combines the study of residents' recreation behavior with the spatial form of square, through the in-depth investigation of high-rise residential areas in Guangzhou, starting from the function of people's recreational activities in residential areas, respectively, the function of square space. The spatial elements, spatial regionality and the form of recreation space are analyzed and studied together, in order to explore the effective design method of square space form of high-rise residential district, which is consistent with the residents' recreational activities. It is hoped that the construction of activity square space in Guangzhou high-rise residential district will have a positive reference function in the future. It is divided into the following five parts: the first part: the background of the research, the main problems, the purpose and significance of the research, the interpretation of the topic and related concepts. The second part: briefly analyzes the domestic and foreign related theories summary and the research tendency, through the research domestic and foreign case extraction may draw lessons from the experience. In the third part, the author makes a preliminary study on the residents' basic rest behavior, classifies the square space within the residential district, and based on the investigation and data analysis of the high-rise residential district in Guangzhou, from the function, the spatial element, The present situation of the three reference points in culture is analyzed, and some problems and deficiencies are summarized, which will lay the foundation for further research. The fourth part: based on the investigation and analysis of the above chapter, the paper refines the elements contained in each research reference point, and summarizes the space design methods of the activity square in the high-rise residential district. And select Guangzhou Panyu East New High Speed indemnificatory apartment landscape design, Guangzhou Luogang Knowledge-South Placement area of the two authors involved in the design of the specific case in-depth analysis, the design method and application. The fifth part: using the design method described above, discusses the main concern in the space form design of the activity square, refines the design method and the strategy, provides the reference for the Guangzhou high-rise residential district activity square space shape design in the future.
