【摘要】：以相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)為文獻(xiàn)來源,根據(jù)期刊文獻(xiàn)定量分析得出近三年有關(guān)BIM的研究文獻(xiàn)多,大量跨學(xué)科研究,要了解實(shí)際研究?jī)?nèi)容和重點(diǎn)需要從新歸類分析的結(jié)論。以文獻(xiàn)內(nèi)容為基礎(chǔ),分析各類BIM研究的研究現(xiàn)狀并進(jìn)行評(píng)述。根據(jù)BIM成熟度圖的劃分,得出我國(guó)BIM研究處于第二階段和第三階段間,研究局限于BIM定義和BIM價(jià)值等一般性內(nèi)容描述的結(jié)論,并給出未來研究方向的建議。
[Abstract]:Taking CNKI as the source of literature, according to the quantitative analysis of journal literature, it is concluded that there are more and more researches on BIM in the past three years. In order to understand the actual research contents and the key points, we need to reclassify and analyze the conclusion that there are many researches on BIM in the past three years. Based on the literature, the research status of various BIM studies is analyzed and reviewed. According to the classification of BIM maturity map, it is concluded that the BIM research in our country is in the second and third stages. The research is limited to the general description of BIM definition and BIM value, and some suggestions for future research are given.
