基于風(fēng)貌保護(hù)的歷史街區(qū)交通空間規(guī)劃與改善研究

【摘要】:在城市現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,歷史街區(qū)的規(guī)劃與保護(hù)一直是城市建設(shè)的核心內(nèi)容,但因?yàn)榉N種原因,許多歷史街區(qū)的保護(hù)不能得到重視,甚至遭到破壞,使得地方特色和傳統(tǒng)文化正在逐漸消失。作為文化價(jià)值和地域形象的重要體現(xiàn),如何處理好歷史街區(qū)交通空間的規(guī)劃和改善,是當(dāng)前城市規(guī)劃和交通規(guī)劃的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。本論文以歷史街區(qū)交通空間為研究對(duì)象,基于歷史風(fēng)貌保護(hù)的前提,通過(guò)對(duì)歷史街區(qū)交通空間的形態(tài)特征和現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題的研究,建立了歷史街區(qū)交通空間規(guī)劃和改善的模式,提出了切實(shí)可行的具體措施和方案,并利用SPSS和Matlab數(shù)據(jù)分析提出了基于歷史街區(qū)路面形式的的慢行交通穩(wěn)靜化設(shè)計(jì)和交通管理與控制方式。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,依據(jù)對(duì)歷史街區(qū)相關(guān)理論和要素內(nèi)涵的研究,提出了歷史街區(qū)交通空間的概念;結(jié)合人文風(fēng)俗和歷史文化,對(duì)鄭州、洛陽(yáng)、開(kāi)封、銀川、漢中等多個(gè)歷史名城中的歷史街區(qū)進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)查,分析了現(xiàn)狀國(guó)內(nèi)歷史街區(qū)歷史繼承、設(shè)施、空間、視覺(jué)及路網(wǎng)等多方面存在的問(wèn)題;以交通空間規(guī)劃的原則為指導(dǎo)依據(jù),提出了交通空間規(guī)劃的具體思路,詳細(xì)探討了歷史街區(qū)交通空間規(guī)劃的具體內(nèi)容,并針對(duì)歷史街區(qū)交通空間內(nèi)的道路、歷史建筑、市政設(shè)施、服務(wù)設(shè)施、交通優(yōu)化等各個(gè)具體方面提出了規(guī)劃方式和改善措施。以漢中東關(guān)正街歷史街區(qū)為例,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查研究,梳理了漢中市及東關(guān)正街的歷史沿革,分析了有關(guān)道路、建筑、設(shè)施、界面、交通等多方面數(shù)據(jù),探討了街區(qū)存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,據(jù)此提出了詳細(xì)的規(guī)劃思路,并針對(duì)交通空間的界面、設(shè)施、色彩等多個(gè)元素制定了具體的改善措施。本研究得到國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金《中西部歷史名城歷史街區(qū)空間保護(hù)與再造的交通運(yùn)輸規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法研究》的資助。
[Abstract]:In the process of urban modernization development, the planning and protection of historic blocks has always been the core content of urban construction, but for various reasons, the protection of many historical blocks can not be paid attention to, or even destroyed. Local characteristics and traditional culture are gradually disappearing. As an important embodiment of cultural value and regional image, how to deal well with the planning and improvement of traffic space in historical blocks is an important task of current urban planning and traffic planning. This paper takes the traffic space of the historical block as the research object, based on the premise of the protection of historical style and features, through the research of the form characteristic and the present situation of the traffic space of the historical block, has established the model of the traffic space planning and improvement of the historical district. The practical and practical measures and schemes are put forward. Based on the data analysis of SPSS and Matlab, the stable and static design and traffic management and control mode of slow moving traffic based on the road form of historical block are proposed. Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign research and the research on the related theories and elements of historical blocks, this paper puts forward the concept of traffic space in historical blocks, and combines the humanities, customs and historical culture, to Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Yinchuan, The historical blocks in Hanzhong and other famous historical cities have been investigated in depth, and the problems existing in historical inheritance, facilities, space, vision and road network of historical blocks in China have been analyzed, which are guided by the principles of traffic space planning. This paper puts forward the concrete ideas of traffic space planning, discusses in detail the concrete contents of traffic space planning in historical blocks, and aims at the roads, historical buildings, municipal facilities and service facilities in the traffic space of historical blocks. Traffic optimization and other specific aspects of the proposed planning and improvement measures. Taking the historical block of Dongguan main Street in Hanzhong as an example, through field investigation and research, the historical evolution of Hanzhong City and Dongguan Street is combed, and the related data of roads, buildings, facilities, interfaces, traffic and so on are analyzed. This paper discusses the practical problems existing in the block, and puts forward the detailed planning ideas, and formulates the concrete improvement measures aiming at the interface, facilities, color and other elements of the traffic space.
